They even provided a walk-around tour of the buffet spread, introducing us to the menu and explaining the dishes. They were incredibly helpful, attentive, and proactive in anticipating our needs, making us feel truly valued as guests. Hajar also deserves special recognition for her patience and creativity in resolving our requests with practical and thoughtful solutions. The in-room dining team, especially Farouk, provided excellent service. Farouk’s attentiveness and efficiency ensured that every meal was delivered promptly and with care, enhancing our overall experience. From the moment we arrived until our departure, the hotel upheld its reputation for world-class luxury and attentive service. Location: Unmatched Proximity to the Haram The hotel’s location is, without a doubt, its greatest asset. Being part of the Jabal Omar development means the Masjid Al Haram is an incredibly short and convenient walk away. This proximity was invaluable, allowing us to attend all daily prayers and perform Umrah with ease and speed, saving precious time and energy that could be dedicated to worship. For those seeking to maximize their time in the Holy Mosque, the ease of access is unbeatable. Accommodation and Comfort We stayed in a Deluxe Room (or other specific room type if you know it), which was both spacious and elegantly appointed. The attention to detail in the room was a hallmark of the Jumeirah brand—from the premium bedding and memory foam mattress that ensured a deeply restful sleep, to the modern, well-maintained amenities. The overall ambiance of the room was one of serene comfort. If you are fortunate enough to secure a Haram View room, it offers a truly profound and peaceful experience, allowing you to reflect and even perform voluntary prayers with a direct view of the Kaaba, enhanced by live speakers broadcasting the Adhan. Impeccable Service and Dining Options The staff service was consistently outstanding throughout our stay. Every member, from the reception team to housekeeping, was incredibly courteous, friendly, and professional. Their willingness to assist quickly and efficiently truly elevated the experience. While we did not utilize the breakfast, we made use of the 24-hour in-room dining service a couple of times. The food arrived promptly, was of high quality, and provided a delicious, convenient option after a long day of worship. The variety of on-site dining options also gives guests great flexibility. Final Verdict The Jumeirah Jabal Omar Makkah provided an atmosphere of luxury, comfort, and deep serenity, making our three-night pilgrimage a truly seamless and spiritually enriching experience. Totally as expected. A 5 star hotel. Check in was smooth, the staff were polite. Cleanliness was perfect. Location is superb. There's a separate lift to go down to Haram, so you dont have to join the crowd from other hotels in the clock tower. Breakfast was excellent. They even have special kids buffet area during friday/saturday

As per previous review. For this booking, thanks to Mr Haitam for assissting me. I got a room near to the lift. Thank you so much 🙂 On average, i waited less than 1 minute for the lift. Extra 2-5minutes from the hotel to reach Kudi bus station by the shuttle bus. 6-8minutes walk from Kudi bus station to the mosque. Going back from the mosque to the hotel takes a bit longer time during peak hours. Overall, i highly recommend this hotel.

There is a shuttle bus to and from Haram every hour. I was able to relieve the fatigue of my long trip with a massage chair in the lobby.

It was a nice, amazing staff and really friendly. They showed much respect and help with all issues even though we had none, Very close to the Kaaba 🕋, they have a bus that comes every 4-10 minutes and it takes about 5 minutes to get to the haram and they drop you if right outside it more or less. I never had their breakfast as it was Ramadan but regarding the rooms then the rooms were really basic and not as nice as the picture.

I was guided to my room, which was nothing short of spectacular, immaculate cleanliness, a modern design, premium amenities, and beds so soft I’ve never slept better in my life. The room even offered a beautiful view of the Haram, which made my stay even more special. The breakfast service was another highlight. The variety and quality were unmatched, from freshly baked croissants and made-to-order omelettes to pancakes, fresh cheeses, olives, breads, fruits, and special daily dishes. The breakfast staff were amazing, always attentive, welcoming, and ready to fulfill every need. Special thanks to Roaa Ahmed, Faisal, Usman, Imtiyaz, and Alam, as well as the restaurant manager Abdul Aziz and Chef Sameh, who went above and beyond, even preparing a special shawarma for me and sending complimentary amenities to my room. Brother Abdul Aziz personally ensured my entire stay was flawless. I also want to thank Brother NASER ALI, who always served us during breakfast, made the most amazing tea daily, and was genuinely kind and attentive. Throughout my stay, the rooms were consistently spotless, and any requests were addressed almost instantly. The level of care and dedication from the cleaning and maintenance teams was phenomenal. A particularly memorable moment: I had lost a significant amount of money during my stay and was extremely distressed. Within hours, Jibran & Sultan found it and returned it to me, showing a level of honesty and integrity that is truly remarkable. I honestly feel you could never lose anything at this hotel - it’s that trustworthy. The location is perfect! Just a short walking distance to the Haram, with a shuttle bus available at times, and fresh drinks and dates are offered after every Salah by the kind Brother Abdul Majid.
