"Hoi An Nature Resort Hotel is the best in terms of hospitality Cleanliness and atmosphere. Front desk staff are very hospitable always with a smile and very accomodating. Room service is excellent they clean and scrub the bathroom and rooms everyday. Toilet bowls are clean. The bellboys carry all our luggage to our room at the top with a smile. We arrive late for lunch hotel restaurant is close and the staff even book for us a lunch at a nearby restaurant (Bong’s Farm Restaurant highly recommended) which is perfect and foods are yummy. Hotel ambiance is cozy every one will love it’s atmosphere perfect for every hearts desire. Aircon is perfect. The food serve for our breakfast is delicious and plenty (Happy Tummy) Over all it’s a success for us all. Highly recommended. Will stay again in this hotel."

"Surprisingly Very large room for what we pay. To me, this feel like a 5 star hotel. Feels very comfortable here. Restaurant is on 5th floor, Leo the restaurant caretaker very nice and polite. Breakfast spread is great in a beautiful restaurant, playing soft and soothing music in the background. I love it here and definitely will bring back my family here again We go to the old town by bicycle provided by hotel for free...it's only less than 5 minutes away from hotel. Nice view along the way"

"The hotel just opened two week ago, all was new and clear. The hotel have free bicycle can borrow it from owner.
