"The hotel address is bad. The hotel address is wrong. Not only on trip.com but also on taxi apps like grab. The taxi driver helps us to find a hotel because the address is wrong. The correct address is the bread and butter. The hotel lobby is on the 7th floor. The hotel is on the busy cross road so it is a little loud if you have room with a city view. The location is perfect but the wifi signal is weak in some rooms. The biggest advantage of the hotel is downstairs restaurant which is one of the best in the city. The price is very affordable compare to Bangkok Thailand"

"We had a wonderful stay at Florence Hotel! The room was clean, spacious and very comfortable. The staff were super friendly and always ready to help. The location is perfect right next to Lotte Mart and close to many attractions. We also enjoyed the pool and the beautiful rooftop view. It was stunning!! Everything was just smooth and easy. "My personal experience is great! An excellent stay at the hotel. The staffs were great as well; very welcoming and warm as well. They offer you tea upon arriving and the check in was quick, even though I arrived a bit earlier than their check in time. Just one thing: as an introvert, they do ask you to write a review and sometimes it may comes off a bit pressuring, but it’s still understandable and within bounds, so it’s not too bad. As for the cleanliness, I am a bit of a clean freak, so my scale would 3.7/5 but it’s still clean. The reason for that was because the bed sheets were a bit winkled so it made me feel like they didn’t change the sheet(I’m sure they do); I could see the tiny yellow stains on the towel(but they are washed cuz I can smell the laundry detergent). Just a note: i am not sure about other rooms but the water flowed to outside of the bathroom as the water pressure was a lot and it went straight to the bathroom door, where there is no block for water. So just be careful with the shower head. All in all, if you don’t have cleanliness ocd, definitely consider this place. It’s 5 mins to the airport, 10 mins to the beach so it’s pretty close to here and there. If you are solo traveler, you can use grab bikes as it is very convenient. I’d say it’s worth the price and I’d definitely come here again."
