隔音非常非常差，就在馬路邊，晚上路過一輛車跟地震一樣，一晚上都睡不着。而且牙膏牙刷洗髮水沐浴露一樣都沒，頭一次住這樣的賓館

設施是多年前，淋浴水龍頭會漏水，房間都是靠馬路邊的，因為臨時定的，所以沒得選！離遊埠老街比較近，老街夜景不錯，早上要早起點，才能感覺到人間煙火氣的氣息！本地人吃早餐打牌在老街另一頭！喜歡老街的感覺！

酒店衞生還可以，就是設施簡陋了點，能住。比較乾淨衞生，熱水一直有，淋浴水量也大。唯一不足的就是所有房間都臨街，馬路上比較吵雜！距離遊埠古鎮一站路的距離，我開車5分鐘。

309房間不規整，衞生間有小窗，窗外一堆垃圾，房間感覺很壓抑，電話打總枱號碼不存在（6000，6111）電視不好用，關機必須手動關電視，原本還想住幾天，由於房間原因影響到心情草草的離開了麗水，

酒店位置不錯，步行到遊埠古鎮僅幾百米路，早起感受遊埠古鎮的早餐氣氛蠻合適的，服務態度比較好，但是設施比較老舊了，需要翻新

優點是裏早茶街近，缺點是房間全部臨馬路，早上五點多就很多的汽車聲，公交車報站聲，甚至對面油條豆漿店的收款碼到賬聲。小地方晚上沒有夜生活，很早就店關門了，也很早安靜了，這賓館適合早睡早起的人。

為了方便第二天早上體驗遊埠古鎮的早茶文化，本來想訂民宿的，可惜都被訂滿了，衹剩這個還有，就訂了圓床房，其他床太小了，裝修有點老舊了，不過還算乾淨，阿姨也説準備重新裝修了，總體經濟實惠，畢竟就晚上睡一覺
