Dorint Hotel Leipzig

Also abgesagt und spontan ins Dorinth: Großes Zimmer. Doppelbett aus zwei Einzelbetten. Top. Ruhiger Innenhof, Fenster kann auf bleiben. Top.

Have been guests repeatedly and never disappointed. The hotel is small and cozy, the staff super. Be it phoned, at reception or at breakfast, you feel welcome. Super breakfast, of everything you need to start in the day is always widely available and is filled. Continue so! We always like to come back.
Zollikof Aparts - Sauna & Studioapartments

We had a apartment with a private sauna in the bathroom = that's great. However, when using the sauna, it's essential to turn off the light in the bathroom = because otherwise the airing will always come cold into the sauna, so it really frozes! Nice staff at the reception, but you have to say exactly what you want = then you get a printed plan with a way to the supermarket. The apartment was very spacious and clean, but we missed a oven. The care products have proved to be the remainder of the predecessors (see photo). And the cable from the fence over the clown is not even unhygienical but only awful (see photo) And in the garden behind the house we saw a rat on the second day and on the third day 2. I don't know what happens if you're there 5 days... Seriously: there should be the owner of the hotel of the rat plage to become the Lord at the fastest; especially as many guests leave the door open from the staircase to the garden and the beasts go into the house...

Leipzig City Center
This place is a joke. First, try to find it. Signage is less than minimal. Hopefully, you can figure it out with others who already have or who are also searching for the place. Next, take a nondescript elevator to the 6th floor. If you come after the sun goes down, note that the lobby with the elevator is quick dark, very poorly lit. Get off the 6th floor and turn right. If you come at check in time, be prepared for the line of over a dozen others waiting to check in. They will not check in anyone before three. Nope. Won’t do it. After a half hour, we were directed to our room on the third floor, right above the intersection. Great view from a large window facing the university and Old Town directly to the west, but ah, these are the two big problems. First, the noise of trams, trucks, and then every ambulance in the city must be required to pass through this intersection! Second, summer heat makes the room an oven. One window will open a bit, maybe 10 cm, but don’t get your hopes up for much natural air. We figured the noise would eventually die down, but it didn’t, especially ambulances on a Saturday night. So eventually we closed the window and curtains. That helped contain the noise but then the heat hit us. We failed to find much sleep in our sweat. Ah, but the air conditioner! Try as we might, we failed to get the A/C to work, nor any fan for ventilation! About daylight, we finally slept, only to miss our planned Bach Festival event that morning. Groggily, we tried to get to the reception desk to discuss this issue, but, mind you, the elevator up to the reception does not stop at the third floor. Only down. So this senior citizen had to take the first of four climbs up those stairs to reception on the 6th floor. I asked for a refund for the second scheduled night. It was refused. “We can’t do that. Only Expedia can. You need to call them.” Also, “You can’t get air conditioning in your room because there is none. Hotels in Germany don’t have air conditioning.” And portable fans are not provided either apparently. I called Expedia. They said that, of course, the hotel can refund the payment for the night. Expedia called the hotel. Then spoke with me I returned up the four flights of steps to get my refund. Nope. They refused to refund. But they did provide another room that did not face the street. Ok. We took it. They even provided a bottle of wine, and we slept well that second night. The next morning at check out, the manager asked why we hadn’t turned on the air conditioning…and of course, Germany has air conditioning. And no, the hotel would not be able to refund an unused night as requested. We loved Leipzig! But beware of this joke of a place.
Space Hotel im Campus der Jvp Schule

The hotel is also uniquely designed from its philosophy, to ensure environmental sustainability and the perfect use of technological opportunities on the site, without stripting valuable resources. A great example of how it can go to safe the environment without refraining from comfort as a traveler. The rooms are air-conditioned. In addition, the fascination of space and research is also drawn attention, unusual and extremely interesting. In the courtyard, a rocket is already ready for all cases.
Hotel Markgraf Leipzig

A cheap hotel in the fair city. The location was crucial for the selection - directly at the party mile Karl-Liebknecht-Straße. Also in the immediate vicinity a pub and a passable Italian. The hotel itself is clean and the staff friendly. Need to buy the ticket for the city tour here, since it is then valid for the original price for two days! Free parking is sufficiently available in front of the door. The area is even quietly quiet-you can sleep at open windows. Only criticism: at the request of the staff we were planned for breakfast from 9:00. At this time, no more food was available and was not cooked. Concretely concerned pancakes, yoghurt with fruit, cakes...
