This hotel is a little gem in Lhasa. First of all, it’s got a lift, which is a must at high altitude. They offered us free breakfast for the first night, but when we requested breakfast for the next two nights (paying), they actually offered it for free as well. The breakfast room has amazing views of the Potala palace. The beds are very comfortable. There is a large coffee table, a large leather stool and an armchair by the window. And that window has another stunning view over the palace (if you’re on the 5th floor). The bathroom has everything you need, including shower flip flops (although we brought and used our own pair). Toiletries were good too. There were also slippers for the room. Another nice touch was that they would bring a fruit platter to the room every evening at 19:00. This included jujube, cherry tomatoes, clementines and pears. All brilliantly sweet. The hotel is very close to the big attractions in Lhasa, including the aforementioned Potala palace, Jokhang monastery and Barkor Street. And most importantly, they had oxygen in the bedroom. A must have! Finally, the staff is very helpful. They helped us book a takeaway for dinner on our first night and organised the free breakfasts the next day.

The first hotel I stayed in Lhasa after entering Tibet. I had booked and changed the booking before, and finally chose this one. The clean clothes are returned the next day. After the room is cleaned, the supplies will be replenished in time. There is a humidifier in the room. The room is also quite large and quiet. A piece of fruit is provided every day. It is very considerate. If I have the opportunity to come again, I will choose this hotel again

Tangka Hotel is right next to the Jokhang Temple. It is convenient for food, accommodation and entertainment. There is a parking lot, which is also convenient for self-driving. The hotel rooms are clean, quiet and comfortable, and the breakfast is rich. I would like to especially praise Xiao Min, the customer service manager at the front desk. The Nama Sedeni restaurant nearby is also good. You can go and experience it. There is a parking lot in the basement, and parking is free. The breakfast is just average and needs to be improved. It is only more than 100 meters away from the Potala Palace. You can shoot the scenery of the Potala Palace at 180℃, which is particularly beautiful. It is located between Jokhang Temple and Potala Palace. There is a snack street downstairs with decent prices. I didn't go for the photo shoot in ethnic costumes that the hotel offered me. Firstly, I was too busy to go, and secondly, I should have gone for the photo shoot because I had other things to spend money on. So after discussing with my friends, I gave up. On the last night, I asked the front desk for Rhodiola rosea tea, but it was not delivered. I feel that this 4-star hotel is just so-so. I upgraded the room, but when I opened the window, there was just a wall 😅 Forget it!

不好的方面： 1、酒店語音每次都不能連接，需要重啟。 2、酒店的熱水衹有全熱，稍微往上調一點就是冷水。如果是剛來住一天，就不用在意熱水，因為第一天來不用洗澡。若洗澡就得注意，因為往上調一點就是冷水，容易感冒，熱水又受不了，太燙。 好的方面: 1、服務態度好，就是出現的問題，都會耐心解決，而且每次都是在半夜12點，師傅和前台都非常耐心。中國人講求的其實就是一個態度，我個人覺得服務是非常好的，不能因為設備，而否定一家酒店。 2、配套服務非常完善，如早餐、晚上泡腳和送的咖啡， 送的咖啡，在店裡喝，環境非常棒！對剛過來，衹住一天，我覺的選擇這家酒店就非常好。
