客棧在古城中心位置，逛古城很方便。住宿很温馨，免費升級了房間。晚上看麗江古城夜景很漂亮。第一來麗江，吃喝玩樂，店家給的建議都很不錯。麗江之行，非常圓滿。

房間還不錯，環境，地理位置都可圈可點。但是服務我實在不能滿意，首先是提供的所謂免費停車場，巨遠！真不如就近找個收費停車場。第二，提前一天告知離開酒店的時間，酒店本應該免費提供小推車拉行李到這個巨遠的停車場，結果第二天一早下來，衹有一個服務員，旁邊還有一兩波客人，被服務員用極其嫌惡的口氣告知沒有推車幫忙送行李，也沒人帶路去停車場，因為我們趕時間，沒有功夫和他爭辯是非曲折，衹能自己提着行李，自己導航，因為麗江古城太大，還都是彎彎繞繞的路，中間還走錯了一段路，爬樓梯爬坡的好容易找到停車場。老闆給的解釋是服務員是幫忙的，昨晚沒睡好，今天又事太多，我衹想説的是，這一切的惡劣後果為啥是我們客人來承擔?

我們國內外酒店住過無數，客觀評論一下這家酒店：1. 房間設施不錯，馬桶有點豪華，有些日用品考慮周到。酒店位置在古城中心，但晚上很安靜。2. 衞生方面需加強，我們剛進房間發現床上有頭髮，帥哥老闆衹談原因但不馬上彌補。3. 訂房時談好的優惠條件沒有兑現，誠信缺了一點。4. 搞衞生阿姨很客氣，待人真誠。我太太有點高原反應，前台帥哥為我指點葯店方向，非常感謝！5. 希望酒店能有位細心女生好好打理，提高服務質量。當然也要感謝全體員工辛勤付出。

民宿位置好，出行方便，逛古城也很方便，步行1分鐘就到主街。客棧小院舒服，還養了狗狗。嘟嘟真的好乖~好好玩。房間住的很温馨~還有免費小吃水果 飲料 還準備了一次性四件套 店裡小哥哥，小姐姐們都很熱情，服務也好，缺什麼少什麼直接説一聲，他們都會滿足~最主要是還會幫忙接送行李。有機會還要再來~

客棧服務特別周到貼心，房間連洗衣烘乾機都配置了，乾淨衞生，客棧在古城最佳位置，出門就是古城最熱鬧的地方，下次一定還住這裏。

設施：全屋智能，還有投影和小度，孩子玩的不亦樂乎。還貼心的準備了捲髮棒和熨燙機。
衞生：衞生真的很乾凈，很滿意。
環境：相當的滿意，有個小院子，還有個客廳，可以喝茶，還有衹可愛的小狗。
服務：老闆很熱情，提前幾天就聯繫，告訴我們怎麼走，還到古城外面接我們，給我們準備小零食水果。這次住宿相當的滿意。
