"We stayed in one of the deluxe rooms at Naia Miraflores and found the room to be spacious, clean, and the bed very comfortable. The location is also great — central and convenient for exploring Miraflores
.
However, our experience was let down by some frustrating service issues. We arrived around midnight for check-in, having reserved two rooms, and were informed that only one room was ready. We were asked to wait 20 minutes for the second room. We politely asked if we could be given a different available room type instead, but were told we had to wait. Despite check-in being from 3pm that day — and our having paid for the full night — the staff offered no explanation or alternative. It felt like our concerns weren’t taken seriously.
Additionally, the shower water in the deluxe room was cold, which was another letdown.
If you're arriving late, we recommend calling ahead to confirm your room is ready to avoid a similar inconvenience."

The location was also good. It was just under renovation, the whole corridor had a smell, and the facilities in the room were also very old. In summary, the software was very good, and the hardware was average."

"It’s more like a 4 stars hotel but not 5 stars. It is still a very good hotel and we had a good stay. The heated rooftop swimming pool is a plus ! However, upon arrival, no one assisted us with our luggage. We had to bring all of them up to the room by ourselves. Some amenities are missing in the room, no toothbrush, nor cottons, shower cap and etc. No glassware and neither minibar in the room. It is a nice hotel but pls don’t expect a 5 star service and amenities."

"I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Radisson RED in Miraflores, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment I walked into the vibrant, modern lobby, I knew I was in for a treat. The design is sleek and stylish, with plenty of creative touches that make it stand out.
The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making check-in a breeze and offering great recommendations for local attractions and dining spots. My room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed with all the amenities I needed, including a comfortable bed and high-speed Wi-Fi.
The location is also fantastic—just a short walk from the beautiful Miraflores parks and oceanfront, and surrounded by plenty of shops, restaurants, and bars. The hotel’s restaurant and bar area had a lively atmosphere, with delicious food and drinks on offer.
Overall, I had an amazing stay at Radisson RED Miraflores. It’s the perfect blend of style, comfort, and convenience, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area."

Still, some improvements could be made, like changing the shower head (it runs in all directions, being old and calcareous), window curtains would need a cleanup or hallways a refreshed air. EEvan WilliamThe hotel was located in Barranco, in a in area that was situated near restaurants and the ocean, but a bit of a walk to a bus station. Breakfast started a little late for me, so it pushed my schedule.
My room was a good size. The linens and bathroom supplies were ample and clean.
My primary concern was that the room smelled faintly of mildew and there were no real windows. If I had been on the second floor, this may have been different. It was a pleasant stay and the staff were friendly and attentive.

Breakfast is on the 21st floor, you can see the city from a distance, and have a wide view! The double room I stayed in this time is very spacious!

Such a beautiful area of Lima ....(BUT be prepared to pay a lot more for that cappuccino and cake!🤣) Bed must be one of the most comfortable I've ever slept in. Room was a decent siz and very clean.. Shower had hot water but the sink tap was quite pathetic!🤭
Owner sends lots of useful information after you have checked in, which is very helpful. My recommendations would be ice cream at Blu, and a trip to the water fountain park (5 sol admissions, excellent value). See it in the dayligh,t before the sunset, and stay to watch it come alive as darkness falls. Very easy to get there using Metropolitano. I thoroughly enjoyed my 3 nights here

When I spoke to the owner the following, she called her staff and it was confirmed they saw me using this bottle , and even with that, she said I need to take better care of my belongings. The location is very quiet, very safe, clean, every time I have occupied there was hot water, there is kitchen to prepare your food and if you need to keep your baggage, the only inconvenience is that all noises are heard. In general, it is a very recommendable and economic place.
