服務態度極差，房間衞生不好，價格貴而且住的難受，隔音差的要死，深夜屋外有人説話都能聽見。一個房間好好好多蚊子，打都沒法打完，根本沒有辦法睡覺。設施陳舊，店面特別小。

這酒店是我海南一行遇到最差的酒店，設施老舊，窗户關不上，晚上特別吵，停車位少，車沒法停，設施老舊，最噁心的是床頭沒有插座，手機衹能電視那個插座充，要不是我媳婦太累了，隨便網上訂的這兒，我絕對換酒店住，設施桌子破舊也就算了，問服務員要個一次性拖鞋都沒有，真的服了這破酒店了。

地理位置好，周圍餐飲娛樂購物都比較方便，酒店內乾淨衞生，房間很大，床品舒適，價格合理，基本滿意！是一家不錯的快捷類酒店。
缺點是沒有停車場，停車困難。

晚班前台一點態度都沒有 開個房説我們不能住就出去 搞得酒店是他爸媽開的一樣 幫人家打工還在那裡像**叫，我本來在千島酒店開房後面去三亞有點事情叫她下身份證 然後在三亞開個房用我身份證開給我弟住她叫我退才可以住千島，我打電話給三亞那個前台人家沒接到我電話 千島前台一直打電話過來罵我 説你不能住就不要住 這種太度對那個客人都不好

從進門開始到前台辦理入住手續的時候前台服務特別的差客人問的問題也是特別的敷衍態度特別差、尤其是上白天班的服務員你問她愛搭理不搭理你的。
