這家一般，還好提前預訂的，當天預訂的房價，有點高，廚房不能做飯，一般般吧，院子直通沙灘這點兒不錯了但海水水質一般，門口停車非常非常麻煩，沒有停車位，本地居民招攬停車，30、50一次，有點離譜，門口的路還坑坑窪窪的，不推薦入住新村鎮，體驗不太好，可以入住清水灣或者香水灣，

在新村碼頭旁邊，出門不遠是夜市，生活設施比較齊全，煙火煙火氣息濃厚。還可以早起去碼頭做公交船趕海。適合遛娃。房屋條件還算不錯～出門就是大海～店裡衞生設施齊全，不要拿星級酒店的標準來衡量，我覺得性價比算很好的了。
