There is no hotel with Wi-Fi that is so bad it doesn't work at all!

Great place to stay been there many times but it is starting to need upgrading of their rooms. They provide a nice free full breakfast a nice happy hour we always stay there.

We had to change room from the original one we received, because it was dirty. The tub had a hole in it a d the TV in the living Room wasn't turning on. The second room was dirty as well. The bathroom door had these weird brown stains on both side right at eye level. One of the lobby reps wasn't very pleasant to speak with she was kinda rude and not willing to help. The second lady on the other hand was more pleasant and helpful with moving from one dirty room to another.

First time stay at an Embassy Suites Hotel, it was nice bt we didn't enjoy our stay due to staff not taking our concerns seriously.

Property was clean and had good service. The complimentary prepared breakfast was really good as it was cooked fresh. However, it can get quite packed and have a long wait as there was only one cook.

Our stay was good except breakfast was a bit lacking. Scrambled eggs were burnt every day and wait for custom orders was too long. My son went back several times to try and get breakfast on one of the days and buffet had no food and line for custom orders was out the door. Don’t offer breakfast if you can’t deliver. It seemed staff was always surprised by number of people staying at hotel. There was a lack of preparation for quantity of food for number of guests.
