Hotel staff are very welcoming and helpful. The hotel is located perfectly for a visit to West Field shopping complex, 5 minutes walk away. The room we booked was the lowest priced available without breakfast included. It was clean and well presented as you expect for a Hilton. Tea and coffees provided as well as a fridge. The bathroom looked tired with heavy wear around the lower door and skirting given an appearance of shabbiness. That said it was clean. Also thankfully it wasn’t cold outside ( just wet ) as the heating wasn’t functioning.
This stunning collection of spacious one- and two-bedroom duplex apartments and mews houses sits in prime central Hammersmith and offers private outside space. Southerton Mews is a perfect home from home whether staying for business, relocating or leisure. The sought-after location is less than five minutes’ walk from Hammersmith underground station offering easy access around the capital. With an abundance of shops, bars, cafes, restaurants and theatres nearby, the amenities within walking distance could not be better. Nestling at the end of a no-through road, the duplex apartments are within a highly attractive new-build property with the mews houses sitting behind through a private gated entrance. A pretty cobbled path lined with climbing foliage makes for a truly welcoming ambience. Southerton Mews has been expertly interior designed with precision and flair. The contemporary furniture is sleek and sophisticated, chosen with comfort in mind. Open plan living areas with wooden flooring feature a large sofa with coffee table and smart TV. Custom-designed kitchen units come complete with high-spec, integrated appliances, including fridge/freezer, dishwasher, electric hob, oven and washer-dryer. There’s ample dining space with large tables and comfy padded dining chairs. Perfect for relaxing or entertaining. Bedrooms are finished with carpeted flooring, ensuring they are well insulated. They come equipped with high-quality beds with top-range Silentnight mattresses. Built in wardrobes, cupboards and bedside cabinets offer plenty of storage space. Bathrooms are modern and pristine. All accommodation comes with a bath with shower over head and some also offer a second bathroom with walk-in shower. With great practicality, all apartments with one bathroom also house a second guest restroom. All apartments and mews houses have the benefit of private outside space with a terrace or balcony.

Hotel service: When I sent an email before my stay, I answered it sincerely. Unfortunately, due to jet lag, the check-in information came by email too late and I could see it after arriving at the airport. It would be nice to ask you to send it in advance.
Amenities: Hammersmith was a traffic jam and a good place to live. There is Tesco Express (Korean Mart) at Piccadilly Line Station, and there are Riddles, Max & Spencer and Sainsbury Mart near the hostel. It was a good place to shop and move. In addition, there are at least 30 Santander bicycles in front of the dormitory, but they have children, so they can't ride them. If there is no child, I want to take a ride to the Museum of Natural History. Although it is connected to the next room, it is a solo terrace and space, and it was good that the child could take it at will because we only used it to the second floor. The living room is floor, but the stairs and rooms are carpet, so it was a bit disappointing. Like most European hotels, there are no indoor shoes or bathroom shoes, so we brought Korean Air indoor shoes and wore them. We couldn't wear indoor shoes because we were scheduled for 7 nights in London & Edinburgh. I recommend folding indoor shoes for Daiso travel. There is a toilet on the first floor and a toilet and bathroom (bathtub) on the second floor, so the toilet was also comfortable. Heating is available on the second floor, but the first floor is heating in a public space and a heater in the room? There was no, so it was a little unfortunate. It was colder than the second floor room. Still, it would be difficult to book such a large new space at this price in London. All the family loved Hammersmith Summersmuse apartments so much.
Meals: It was an apartment, self-check-in, and it was a place to eat, but there were two food-centered detergents, and there were detergents, susemi, and hangju that could be used for basic dishes. It was good to eat food. We can also eat stew and grilled meat, so it's really good. The windows are big and good, and the ventilation is very convenient. Unfortunately, London food doesn't fit my mouth, so I have to eat at the dormitory.
Laundry: The living room guide said that two laundry detergents were provided, but nothing was provided. I give six towels with a large towel that is as tall as an adult, and I have to wash them and use them. It is not replaced. The washing machine is good even for dryers, but if you want to dry quickly like our country, you have to dry a lot. I found out that two laundry detergents are provided free of charge, so I washed them with water, but it was nice to have a washing machine so I could wash dirty clothes. I stayed in room 9, two beds and one bathroom.

Excellent Stay at Hilton Olympia London – Highly Recommended!
I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hilton Olympia London, and I must say, it was an outstanding experience from start to finish.
Check-In & Service:
From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and professional expecially the supervisor Sam and the all the front desk team.
Check-in was smooth and efficient, and the front desk team went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. .
Rooms & Comfort:
My room was spotlessly clean, well-appointed, and spacious. The bed and pillows were exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep, and the amenities, including a well-stocked minibar, tea/coffee facilities, ensuring a peaceful stay.
Breakfast Experience:
Breakfast had a fantastic selection, from fresh pastries to hot, made-to-order options. A grâce from Sam
Overall Experience:

The room is not as big as expected, especially the bedroom. It is very cramped to enter and exit. The kitchen stove is also very small, but it has everything it should have! The breakfast is quite rich, but there are a lot of people during peak hours, so you must avoid it! There is no business around, so it is quite quiet to sleep at night. There is a big supermarket next to it. The hours from 6 to 24 o'clock are also great. You can go downstairs to buy anything you need at any time! The service attitude is OK, and the overall feeling is good! Suitable for family travel!

I was a little disappointed overall. There were very suspicious stains on the bed blanket and the mattresses were really cheap and very uncomfortable. The apartment was very hot and the airconditioning was basically doing nothing. This wasn't great when the sun beats through the windows all day, meaning you have to keep the blinds shut all the time. It was only in the low 20's for the time I was there and the apartment never registered below 25 degrees on the thermostat.
On the plus side, the location is fantastic and super close to High St Kensington. It's also very useful to have a washer/drier available if you're needing it (I was).
The place just needs some TLC and better aircon for warmer days.

The hotel had a great location. Very clean room. Good breakfast. However my room was very small. The swimming pool is small and doesn’t look the same as on the photo. The water in the pool seems to be not clean enough. Overall the hotel is overpriced.

The hotel exceeded expectations on arrival, better than the photos in the lobby and ground floor areas.
Check-in process whilst smooth was a little awkward when I was told that the booking agent hadn’t transferred payment, I’d paid in full when I booked, Ember Locke would “look into this”.
The facilities in the room were great, the use of the space for a city studio was good. The lighting was moody, another light option over the dining space would be an welcome option.
No phone access from the rooms and laundry facilities meant repeat visits to the front desk as there was some discrepancies in information about laundry detergent and kitchen plug.
Wet weather made the front tiled area slippery, a mat would be a great addition to the space.
Whilst 24 hour front desk service was advised, at time of my check out the desk was unattended and I was unsure how to proceed, assuming all was OK leaving the room pass by the front desk.
A refurbish of the lift interior would finish the space nicely.
Overall, really comfortable stay and the opening of the bar soon will be great for this property.

The room we had, 216, was ”dated”. With an a/c unit from the late 70s early 80s
The bath/shower was very high to step into. Basin slower to empty than a politician keeping a promise and the plug needed resetting to flow out.
The toilet was a handle flush which needed to be ”pumped”.
We called maintenance as the only plug outlets in the room were set just above the floor and we could not use the kettle provided
Two of the lifts were out of order for much of our stay causing us to walk down the stairs as by the time it came down from above in the m, there was no room left.
Saying that, the issues were attended to and the staff were wonderfully courteous and helpful.
Breakfast buffet was simple. Nothing flash but filling and acceptable.
Would we stay again? Probably not as this is an instance where the staff are let down by the property.

Outstanding
MMaha AlshihaOur stay here was wonderful! The room was spacious, clean, had wide windows with a beautiful view from two sides with blinders that we can close at night.. the service was great, the food was good as well and the Thai restaurant at floor 1 was delicious! I love everything here and I would definitely visit again
AAndy NooGreat location close to Kings cross /St pancreas Station and not far from attractions, its 2 hotels in 1 that is predominantly used as a transit hotel for overseas tourist on day trips. The hotel is clean, and you need a room key card for the lift to move and also to get to the corridors of your room so security is good.
Downsides are that outside noise enters easily due to the old metal windows and rooms a very warm, it can be noisy throughout the night as people arrive and leave at all times. We had a room with an interconnecting door that the people in the other room tried to open at 1.30 am when they first arrived , they were also incredibly noisey shouting once awake which was at 5am due to sightseeing trips with the noise coming through the doors really easily, so it disrupted our stay . The breakfast was very good with a good selection of full English and continental foods, which set you up for the day ahead. Would we use this hotel again ....possibly
GGuest UserStay was great until I found out they took money from my bank for breakfast I didn’t take. I stated at check-in I didn’t want breakfast as I was at work early the following day.
I called the hotel for a refund, only to be told I need to send an email to the manager and they would check the cctv to ensure I didn’t attend breakfast.
Ssalaudin lunatHilton hotel Gibson Road (Sutton) an excellent place to stay. Friendly staff, parking available (not free in the compound of the property). Plus swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, steam room and gym. There are shopping centre near by, library, supermarkets and great places to eat. Not too far from the railway station. Excellent public transport. I highly recommend this hotel.
GGuest User|Great location, easy access to metro/train stations. Helpful staff, good breakfast. Straightforward enough check in, and express checkout available. However, despite rooms being very clean and well maintained, there was no air con in ours nor a fridge (even tho the hotel listing says they have air con) and to survive the night we had to keep the window open. Could have been 5 starts overall if those two issues where sorted ;)
CChua Yuet LeeWe are stay at this wonderful hotel for one nights.
Here are our honest comments:
1) The location is convenient, just two bus stops away from Terminal 5 by the No. 423 bus.
2) The bedroom is elegant and equipped with modern facilities. It is very clean, comfortable, and comes with high-quality bottled water, tea, coffee, and cookies.
3 )The bedding is also very comfortable for sleeping.
Overall, Keep up the good work and continue to provide high-quality service at a reasonable price for your customers.
Best regards, Kit Chua Malaysia
CChris134I'll give this hotel top whack, this time. Check-in is always very professional and the TV was working! My only regret is only booking one night as the breakfast is so good. I was in a bit of a hurry and wish I ate more!
I sadly had to complain about some seemingly disrespectul guests in the middle of the night but staff were helpful in sorting it for me.
The hotel is comfortable and very well stocked, for the price, and is right near Paddington plus some excellent restaurants (including the Italians on either side just up the road) so very convenient. I hope to book again some time (I thought my last stay was last year but it was in Feb 😂). Thanks!
CCHEE ZHI YANGWe stayed in a triple room which comes with a mini bar, an electric stove and a microwave. Walking distance to the shops and stores, easy access to both tube and train lines at Hammersmith station.
GGuest UserCheck in was okay. There is only one lift in the hotel which causes a lot of delay in getting to reception and the rooms. The underground hallways to the room and very narrow and dark and have a damp smell which is quite unpleasant or difficult to navigate as the the signage can be confusing to follow. Once you reach the rooms or ‘cocoon’ they are extremely clean and aesthetically pleasing with amazing moonlighting. The bed is large and there is a big mirror in the room and bathroom. Not much privacy if you’re sharing with friends as the bathroom is only separated by frosted glass. Overall an okay stay for a quick rest
AAngelI am writing to provide feedback on our recent stay at your hotel. While the location was excellent, we found that the hotel itself was in need of some improvements.
Firstly, I would like to highlight the positive aspect of our stay, which was the great location of the hotel. It was conveniently situated near various attractions and amenities, allowing us to easily explore the area. This was definitely a major advantage during our visit.
However, we were disappointed with the overall cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel. The rooms appeared to be in need of a deep cleansing, as there were noticeable stains on the carpets and walls. Additionally, the furniture and fixtures seemed worn out and outdated. A fresh coat of paint and new beds would greatly enhance the overall appearance and comfort of the rooms.
Furthermore, we found the lack of a welcoming lobby person to be quite disappointing. Upon arrival, we were not greeted or assisted by any staff members. This lack of hospitality made us feel unwelcome and left a negative impression.
In conclusion, while the location of the hotel was excellent, we believe that improvements are necessary to enhance the overall guest experience. A thorough cleaning, along with updates to the rooms and furniture, would greatly improve the comfort and aesthetics of the hotel. Additionally, having a friendly and welcoming lobby person would contribute to a more positive and enjoyable stay.
P.S. positive side- I truly appreciate the staff at the hotel who made the effort to move us to a more convenient floor. Additionally, it's always a pleasant experience when the breakfast lady is friendly and accommodating.

(I paid too much for 3nights so I was expecting a good place to relax after 27hours of travelling with a toddler).
