自助入住，無前台。四點之後入住有點坑。攜程代理，還沒有把入住郵件發給我，在外面等了很久。房間很大，盤子咖啡都齊全，離滑鐵盧車站很近，走路可以走到大本鐘，西敏寺。位置不錯

숙소에 도착해서까지 현관 비번과 방번호 방비번이 안왔어요
얼마나 어이없고 당황했는지
미리 메일로 문의도 했었고
처음가는 나라에서 길가는 사람붙잡고
안되는 영어로 도움청해서 겨우 들어감요
뭐 나머진 좋았지만 첫 기억이 별로라
유쾌하진 않았네요

Help yourself hot drinks
Bad - trains and track noise made it impossible to sleep
Street is a bit rough, I encountered police chasing down someone on the street didn’t feel safe as I almost got hit by them..

Really good. Excellent communication throughout. Access to the property was straightforward. Good location close to tube station and shops. The studio was very well equipped, kitchenette more so than expected as had a combo grill microwave as well as a portable induction hob. Hot powerful shower. There was the train noise as covered in other reviews but actually this didn’t really disturb me which was a surprise as I forgot my ear plugs and am used to quiet. A big improvement on usual central London broom cupboard sized hotel rooms I will definitely use again
