It was a nice stay here. The only reason not 5 star is it was a little chaotic, with noise etc going on with the reconstruction and I couldn't make head or tail of which stairs to take etc. Staff were so lovely, room was very nice. Air con worked an absolute hoot. Could not fault it in the slightest. Would definitely stay again.

Great hotel. Had a clean, newly renovated room. Set in a great location. The hotel is currently undergoing a renovation but the staff were extremely helpful and carried our luggage up to the fourth floor. Would stay here again. Thank you! :)

Not even close to pictures showen on web. Very small room, 4th floor without an elevator , not working aircondition and not place to sit down. A breakfast was not provided. It would be nice to know ahead that the hotel is under reconstruction. Very disapointed. A bed for two was just full size 140 cm.

A night in this very good hotel immersed in an elegant setting, 5 minutes from the park and the road that runs alongside it, well served by public transport. Friendly staff Excellent wifi Clean and spacious rooms No breakfast Our room had a quiet internal view but even the street in front was not noisy

The location is great, only a 5-minute walk to Bayswater Underground Station. You can also easily find restaurants on Queen's Road. 24 hour reception service, very convenient taxis, close to the tube station... the staff are very helpful and the room is clean, although a bit small, but that's understandable in London. I would recommend this place and I will definitely be back...
