1 Bar-none, the best hotel experience I have ever had. Review of Hotel 41 Pending review I was traveling alone on a one night stopover in London on route back to the U.S. It was a rare moment to myself to breathe after spending 6 weeks, 24/7 with my teenage daughter and in-laws. But, I couldn't have anticipated how wonderful the experience at 41 was going to be. It was like getting a brief chance to experience what I imagine life must be like for the Queen. As I walked out of the doors of this spectacular hotel and around the neighborhood, I realized that I was spontaneously grinning. I couldn't believe my good fortune. The staff at 41 are exceptional. From the moment I walked in the door I was met with sincere (but never overbearing) warmth, kindness, and a level of professionalism beyond any I have ever experienced in a hotel setting, or any other customer service experience for that matter. Every single member of the team was absolutely wonderful. Their attention to detail, anticipation of the clients needs, and desire to go above and beyond were extraordinary. Being that my stay was so short, I had just enough time to explore the neighborhood on foot for an hour or so...the location was ideal--a 2 minute walk to Buckingham Palace and St. James Park, beautiful little pubs abound, and easy access to the tube. Central, safe, and just the right level of bustling. The hotel itself was gorgeous--intimate but not stifling. The executive lounge/dining room was sophisticated but not stuffy. Stand out examples of what made 41 especially comfortable: A dreamlike bed, lovely robe, and little touches like an Elemis ”quiet mind” pillow spray in an organza bag left on the bed upon arrival--even the chairs in the executive club seemed designed to make one feel at ease while enjoying a gorgeous breakfast. Spotlessly clean, from top to bottom. Un excellent rapport qualité-prix! If you have the chance to stay here, take it.

I only saw reviews from other people after making a reservation (non-refundable...). After reading the reviews, I decided to go. (Just in case, it is recommended to bring a fly club, towel, toilet paper, slippers, coffee pot, paper cup, etc.) Some hotel rooms are good and some are bad. (Hopefully a good room will be assigned) There are several staff members working in shifts, and some are friendly. It seems that they are trying to remodel little by little (I can understand that it is a cheap accommodation in a very expensive area). Victoria Station/Coach Station is within walking distance (about 10 minutes), and Pimlico Station is 2-5 minutes on foot, and transportation is convenient. When using the bus, number 24 on the road in front of the hotel goes to key tourist areas (Trfalgar Square, Palace, Soho, etc.) If only a good room is assigned, you get used to it and it's good.

Really disappointed with this hotel and wouldn’t recommend. The bathroom is so small that you can only open the door halfway as it hits the sink, you then have to close the door to get to the shower. The bed is on the small side and it would be nice if there was a mattress on top of what feels like wooden planks. Tea and coffee, hope you’re not thirsty, you get 2 teabags and 2 coffee sachets. Great to listen to the person in the floor above, pee, stop, pee a bit more, stop. The room looks out in the main road and the bedroom is lit up all night. Breakfast is - throw all the items into the deep fat fryer.

No matter how many stars and high-end hotels in the UK, stairs must be attached! This hotel is one of the smallest stairs, and there are direct lifts on the floor (when you live a few more, you know this is the best gift), the room is wide and clean, the disadvantage is that there is no workbench, office is not convenient, to Ask the service office to stay in Taiwan, the rent is not cheap, the choice of self-occupied breakfast is small, the hotel is moderately located, not noisy, the overall is considered a superior choice.

It was very clean and comfortable. I felt that security was also solid. (Please note that you can enter the building after pressing the chime and telling the name.) Thank you for lending me the adapter for free. The room is for traveling alone, so it's not very large, but I'm personally satisfied. The staff were also serious and polite (because I basically book a small room). Very good location with easy to go near Tate Britain.

The room is still relatively clean, there is a washbasin in the room, the bathroom and the bathroom are common, very small. If it is a fat person, I feel that it is difficult to get in. I am only 155 in height and 83 kg in weight, which is very difficult. There is no elevator, the stairs are very narrow, so my luggage is stored directly on the first floor, and it is really inconvenient to take things down every day. 10 minutes walk from Victoria Station. The bus from Victoria Station to Cambridge is sitting in the station. The car to Oxford is sitting outside the street, so it is a little earlier, and then there is plenty of time to consult, so as not to catch up. There are basically no people in the car to Oxford.

Pretty cheap for a 2 night stay. We only needed a place as a base as we were out most of the time so it worked well. A little annoyed we were expecting breakfast included and were not told this wasn't happening due to Covid-19 (understandable but would have been nice to be told in advance). Not as clean as I was expecting - especially with covid at the moment. Noticed marks/stains on the 'clean' towels. Heating definitely worked - it was very warm! Very, very small en-suite bathroom. Was cosy for me (average size 10) using the shower as it cut across the corner of the already small bathroom. But it did do the job. Tiny TV with a remote that wasn't designed for the TV so couldn't view TV guide etc. Towels and sheets were changed after night 1 so presumably every day theyre changed. Appreciated the tea and coffee facilities too. Also, quite a few sockets in the room which is always good. Overall - it was cheap and worked for what we needed.
