門口有個天一樓，也是土樓，看看挺好，附近就有地方玩。
若開車去土樓王和土樓王子大概20分鐘左右。
酒店新開的，挺乾淨，就是浴室構造挺奇特。。。原來冷熱水管位置拆掉，電熱水器旁邊一個龍頭開關直接調整出水，覺得有點危險。。。
一樓就有吃飯，早飯另外加十元每人。晚餐在一樓吃的話最好談好菜的價格再點，菜單沒有價格。。。感覺根據心情定價。。。我也是兩天在那吃了幾個一樣菜，第二天價格和第一天不同才發現這個問題

差評，完全與預訂的房間不同，找老闆溝通了兩次，老闆也一直推脱責任，説是APP的問題。説他們家根本就沒有這樣的房間，但是我們第二天退房時看到其它在打掃的房間明明就有一樣的。我們花了多的錢，卻不能享受到我們該有的房間。我們住的房間也是又小，隔音也差。而且房間物品設計不合理，有水壺但沒有水杯。本來房間小，桌子也小小的，插座也不對位，燒水壺的坐板大大，讓桌子就更小了。差評，從來沒有住這麼差的，在APP上預訂酒店也從來沒有遇到過這種情況。整個房間跟預訂的都不一樣，老闆還説要這樣的話，就讓我們多定一間。過分！黑心！！！我們説看看別的房間的佈局，老闆也一直推脱。而且不止我們遇到這樣的情況，我們在與老闆交流的時候也有別的房客也這樣的情況。不知道他們家的好評是怎麼來的，我們花了多的錢，拿到的就是不屬於我們應得的房間，差差差

在鄉鎮能住到這個酒店還算不錯了，酒店外景色也很好，溪流涓涓，鳥語花香，山清水秀，步行不多久就有土樓。唯一不滿意的就是早餐，一人10塊錢，衹有白粥花生米和蘿蔔乾，有點不太地道。

是在一個村子裏，附近風景很好。買東西不方便，沒有小店鋪。房間衞生間門是玻璃的，有縫隙，不能上鎖，衞生間的牆面有一面是磨砂玻璃，不洗澡還好，洗澡的時候有水蒸氣外面看得到裏面的人，而且怪清晰的🥲。睡覺的時候——窗簾不遮光，走廊光線太亮，從門縫和衞生間窗户透進來。樓下小溪水聲也很大，入住體驗一般。早餐叫阿姨煮的青菜肉絲麪條，味道倒是不錯。

三年過去又開始自駕旅遊，一般我會選擇比較好一些的酒店，但是土樓景區的位置太偏僻了，衹好選擇了景區內一家新開業的民宿，就是這個選擇讓我同時經歷了意外和驚喜。某度的導航讓我在雨天的夜晚開到了一個漆黑的山坡，在倒車的時候意外發生了，後輪卡在了排水溝裏，望着四周寂靜的黑夜，一種無助的感覺湧上心頭。抱着試試看的想法，給民宿老闆打了電話，簡單溝通後很快就趕了過來，來的還是位女老闆，一看情況複雜，就趕緊招呼有經驗的朋友過來幫忙，於是一個意外變成了驚喜之旅。救援成功後老闆帶我回到了這家名叫天一人家的民宿，乾淨整潔的程度完全超出了我對普通民宿的舊有印象。女老闆爽朗大方，對於助人為樂幫忙救援視作分內之事，我們的感激之情真是難以言表。衹得在此聊表謝意，大家可以看看我的照片，不管是房間還是大廳，都是一塵不染，僅從衞生方面説遠超出某些大型酒店的標準。當地特色風味的飯菜做得相當地道，並且食材也都特別新鮮，菜量大且乾淨衞生。一家人實實在在，真是讓人感受到久違的温暖。希望老闆的生意越來越好，善良的人值得更好的回報。

夜裡都是聽着水流聲睡着的，客棧在景區裏面，一個沒有被過份開發的地方，山清水秀，環境優美，停車方便，門口停車場，前台服務態度很好，房因為新開業，衞生條件很好！晚上想吃什麼東西可以預約，現殺的淡水魚，土雞土鴨，很愉快的一次旅行！

看了其他人的評價選的酒店，但來到覺得服務沒有想象中好，不知道是不是春節忙碌的原因，感覺有點怠慢和敷衍。房間倒是乾淨舒適的，但是暖氣好像開了也沒什麼感覺，而且可住4人的房間衹配了2個枕頭，問老闆也説滿房了沒有多的枕頭，我覺得這個還是要預留多的吧，其次枕頭太高了，睡得脖子痛。其他還是很不錯的，靠着小溪邊，風景環境都不錯。
