Perfectly located in West Hollywood. Huge room, good bedding. Fitness room and swimming pool on the roof. Clean and quiet. The negative point may be the parking at 65 dollars per night but a 5-10 minute walk away you can park your car in the West Hollywood public parking lot (12 dollars)

The location is in a safe area, the room is quite big, but the service is not good. No one came when I asked for cleaning. No cleaning was done once during my 5-day stay. When I checked out, I called for a luggage cart but it never came.

It is in a great location for traveling to major tourist attractions such as Hollywood, Beverly Hills, and Melrose Avenue on foot and by bus. The location was nice but the hotel was a little dated and musty. I thought it was weird that I had to ask for bedding for the pullout couch- the past few hotels provided extra bedding in the closet. The decor was fun and bathroom was clean, but the property would benefit from a refresh to get rid of the old smoke/water damage smell.

No free parking anywhere bc WeHo is strict with permitting so valet is 65$ per night.

Amber was absolutely wonderful and so pleasant upon our arrival and throughout our stay here. She accommodated us with several things and answered our questions thoroughly. The entire staff was friendly and tended to us on a daily basis. We would definitely come back here--hopefully, there won't be any construction around the hotel area, which isn't their fault.
