The beeping sound from the electrical equipment in the top-floor room was extremely disruptive. I called the front desk for someone to handle it, and every time someone came up, the sound stopped. As soon as they left, the sound started again. The second time, the manager brought a technician, and again, the sound stopped when they arrived. The technician suggested it might be a current noise from the electrical room. After the manager and technician inspected the room, it was quiet for about an hour and a half, but the sound returned around 11 PM, almost midnight.
I called the front desk again, and they said they would send someone to check. Since I didn't want anyone entering the room and disturbing my sleeping family and children, I only asked if the front desk could find someone to check the electrical room. This was because each time they sent someone to check the room, it would be quiet for a while, so I believed they could find a way to control it, but ultimately, they didn't. As a late sleeper, I listened to the beeping sound all night, which severely affected my sleep quality.
The facilities are brand new. Our triple room had a 2-meter king bed plus a single bed and a small balcony, which was great for getting some fresh air. The gym equipment was pretty comprehensive. I'm sure many people will love the infinity pool; it was just okay for me, but the longest section is probably about 30 meters.
This hotel is incredibly thoughtful. From specially arranging a high-floor room with a view of the Wynn Fountain, to constant communication regarding airport pick-up, and then having a dedicated receptionist escort us to our room upon arrival to explain the amenities and recommend travel routes – everything was perfect! The breakfast was also delicious and plentiful, especially with fewer people, making for a comfortable dining experience. Plus, the mattress was fantastic, providing great support after a long day, allowing for a very peaceful sleep! I'll definitely be back!
This hotel was highly anticipated. It's the only hotel in Macau without a casino, making it quiet and elegant. Ms. Ye at the front desk upgraded my room and personally escorted me to it, and to my surprise, my luggage was already there before I arrived – truly exceptional service. The room offered simultaneous views of the Macau Tower and the bay, with magnificent scenery outside the window. I'm very grateful to her. The room was spacious and bright, with a beautiful, wide window that was the same size as the room itself, allowing sunlight to stream in during the afternoon, creating a wonderfully comfortable and luminous atmosphere. The dressing room had a stone platform for luggage, along with a long hanging rod and plenty of hangers, making it very easy to organize my belongings. The bathroom facilities were complete and modern; the towels and bathrobes were new and soft, and the toiletries were excellent. The breakfast was abundant, exquisite, and delicious, with meticulous service and refined quality – truly a benchmark for Macau. A wonderful impression; I'll definitely be back.
I specifically brought my mom here for her birthday. The ambiance, service, and cleanliness were all excellent, as expected from Wynn. Since it was my mom's birthday, the hotel even gave us a small, delicious cake. There was a minor hiccup during our stay: some other guests were being loud in the hallway at night, disturbing our rest. However, the hotel staff did their best to resolve the issue. A big thank you to the staff and the duty manager!
The hotel is located at 288 Avenida Comercial in Macau. The building itself is impressive, with the hotel's name prominently displayed on its exterior, making it easy to spot. The hotel enjoys excellent transportation links, with many great restaurants nearby, as well as the New Yaohan department store, which is very convenient for shopping. Since the hotel is in the main city area, it's a short walk to the Ruins of St. Paul's. The guest rooms are spacious and the environment is pleasant. Although the decor style is a bit dated, it's clean and well-maintained. The front desk staff were all very friendly and accommodating, always willing to help with storing luggage or giving directions. Overall, I had a good experience this time and would consider coming back again.
We randomly chosen this hotel in Trip.com, but the hotel did not disappointed us. The hotel location was just opposite the Grand Lisboa building. There were a lot of f&b, convinience store, banks, fashion shops around.
The hotel restaurant foods is highly recommended, delicious and was big portion. The housekeeping staff who service our floor was very helpful, very keen to asked us whether to make up our room 👍🏻
Highly recommend to everyone who visit macau
Overall, I'm very satisfied with my stay at this hotel in Macau. It offers great value for money and a fantastic location, right opposite Wynn, making it very convenient for getting around. The hotel feels a bit dated, and the facilities are a bit old, but the cleanliness is decent, and the shower pressure is excellent, which I was quite happy with. It's definitely a good value option on the Peninsula.
At least ten likes, free upgrade to sea view room, the handsome guy at the front desk is super good, actively helping the elderly, the room is large, clean and bright, very satisfied! You can also visit the Yuanmingyuan animal head exhibition for free, which is a feast for the eyes!
The hotel is a bit old, so the facilities feel a bit dated, but the cleaning lady was very enthusiastic, and the linens were clean. There's renovation work going on in the building, so it was noisy. The absolute best thing about this place is its location. It's perfect for anyone looking to do a deep dive into Macau's casinos. Wynn and StarWorld casinos are right across the street, and it's just a few minutes' walk to the old and new Grand Lisboa. After clearing customs at Gongbei Port, you can take the free shuttle bus from Wynn or StarWorld directly here. I'll definitely stay here again next time, and I'm sure by then the renovations will be finished and the room facilities improved.
