Hotels in Taipa, Macau

The service was good, and the restaurant staff were all friendly and hardworking. There were too many people queuing for check-in; the self-service machine showed that my reserved room type wasn't available, so I had to queue again. The front desk staff were very polite and proactively followed up on the room cleaning status. The room was also comfortable, and the bathroom was clean. The buffet was decent, not as bad as some reviews suggested. The dinner dishes were innovatively prepared, and the breakfast offered a good selection of Chinese options, including made-to-order choices by a chef, as well as the usual Western selections. The location is also very convenient; it's easy to catch a ride from the lobby on the upper floor, and it's only a 15-minute walk to Senado Square. Overall, the experience was good, except for the 25-minute wait to check-in on a weekend.

We checked into the Sky Seaview King Room, and when we plugged in the kettle's base, it sparked, emitted black smoke, and blackened my finger. My family was so scared they didn't dare to plug anything else in. After communicating with the hotel, we were offered a room change and a late check-out. They moved us to a Sky Seaview Twin Room with a slightly better view but significantly smaller in size. I discussed with the front desk that there was a price difference between twin and king rooms on the platform, and I felt the late check-out was justified, especially since my family nearly got electrocuted. However, the front desk stated that both room types were the same price and they couldn't control platform pricing, suggesting we contact the platform. Their attitude also made me uncomfortable. So, I contacted the platform's customer service, requesting to be moved back to the original Sky Seaview King Room. The platform customer service informed me that Sky Seaview King Rooms were only available on lower floors, or we could switch to a triple room without a sea view. We opted for the low-floor seaview king room. There might have been a misunderstanding between the platform and the hotel, as they then moved us to a triple room. From the exploding socket to the room changes, it took over two hours of hassle. All we wanted was to rest properly, but the soundproofing was terrible; we constantly heard people talking loudly in the hallway, and even on the lowest fan setting, the air conditioner's motor was noisy. The experience was truly awful, and I won't consider staying here again.

I really liked the room amenities. The daily housekeeping made it feel like the first day of our stay every day. There's airport shuttle service, and the overall service is excellent with great value for money. The breakfast buffet had good quality and taste. The only drawback was that the soundproofing in the hallway was a bit poor (though the hotel's own noise from renovations was almost inaudible).

The room was a bit old, but the staff was very friendly. However, before going to bed, I found a bloodstain on the pillowcase. I reported it to the staff, and they apologized immediately. But an hour later, they kept asking me if I was injured and that's how the blood got there. I actually had no superficial wounds at all, which made me very angry 😤. The breakfast was very average and completely self-service. The bar at night was good.

My wife and I stayed at Wynn Macau again from June 7-9, 2026. We returned because of our satisfying first experience. The front desk staff were attentive and polite, and they upgraded our room. The room was luxurious, spacious, and spotless, looking as good as new and well-maintained. At 'Wing Lei' restaurant, both breakfast and dinner offered exquisite food with a wide variety of choices at reasonable prices. Enjoying a coffee or beer at 'Wing Lei Bar' during leisure time was a delightful pleasure. I must especially mention that after checking out, I realized I had left my phone in the safe. Fortunately, the hotel team safely kept it, and with Ms. Mak Tsz Kuen (Manager)'s prompt contact and thoughtful arrangements, I was able to retrieve my phone. Many thanks! Wynn Macau consistently offers excellent dining and accommodation, along with professional service. It has always been my top choice. Thumbs up!

Booked this hotel for a business trip over the weekend. Stepping into the lobby, I was immediately struck by how spacious it was, with high ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows providing excellent natural light during the day. The room was even more impressive; I could fully open my suitcase and still walk around it comfortably. In the evening, I could work on emails from the sofa without feeling cramped. The shower had consistent water pressure, and the soundproofing was good, allowing me to sleep soundly in such a large space. It really helped alleviate a good portion of my work travel fatigue 🏨

The service was excellent during my stay! However, I ran into an issue during checkout that required police assistance. While waiting for the police to arrive, my phone was almost out of battery. I asked the front desk if I could borrow a power adapter. The male front desk staff said they had one and asked for my room number. I told him I had already checked out but just needed to charge my phone in the lobby for a bit and would return it right away. The staff then immediately said they didn't have one. Hmm! I've stayed at your hotel many times during my trips to Macau, and the service has always been great. But this time was really disappointing! If my phone wasn't about to die and I couldn't scan for a power bank, I wouldn't have even asked to borrow an adapter after checking out. I understand you have a right not to lend it, as it's your property. But I still wanted to share this experience. After all, even if a guest has checked out, shouldn't there be a bit more humanity when they're in urgent need of help?

The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic – super convenient for getting around. It's just a stone's throw from Wynn and Grand Lisboa, and there's a bus stop right outside the door where you can get anywhere for just 6 yuan. It's an older 4-star hotel, but a big plus is that the shower isn't in a bathtub, which is great. I'd definitely stay here again on my next visit. The front desk staff were very polite, and the bellhops at the entrance were also excellent.

The hotel boasts an excellent location, right next to the Grand Lisboa Hotel. Although the decor reflects that of an older five-star hotel, it's incredibly well-maintained; all the facilities are perfectly functional and nothing looks worn out. During our stay, we even saw maintenance staff repainting doors in some rooms that had minor nicks. The room doors are quite solid, showing that a significant investment was made during the original renovation. Some details are very well-executed, such as a shower room that's slightly larger than average, a 'please wait' response button next to the toilet, and complimentary phone charging cables by the bed that don't require scanning. The shower pressure is strong, which was a plus. Breakfast was a bit simple, and the variety could be improved.

The room was clean and bright, conveniently located, and well-equipped. Check-in was smooth, and Yang Xiaojun, a lovely lady, showed us to room 1333, which was spacious and bright, and we were very happy with it. A big thank you to Yang Xiaojun for preparing fruit and gifts in the room – it was a touching gesture! Definitely five-star worthy. Five stars to the front desk manager and all the staff, and five stars for the floor cleaning service!
