RESORT EM SUA FASE INICIAL DE FUNCIONAMENTO, PRECISANDO GESTORES SENIORS PARA MELHORAR O ATENDIMENTO.
O PREÇO DA ÁGUA É O MAIS CARO QUE JÁ VI, POIS UMA GARRAFA DE 300 ML, CUSTA R$ 8 REAIS, O QUE SIGNIFICA QUE 1 LITRO DE ÁGUA CUSTA R$ 26,6 REAIS.
UM ABSURDO!
SE VOCE QUISER TOALHAS, DEVERÁ RETIRAR A 200 MS DAS PISCINAS, POIS O RESPONSÁVEL PELO FORNECIMENTO DE TOALHAS, FICA NA RECEPÇÃO DO HOTEL.
ALIMENTAÇÃO PARA QUEM VAI PERMANECER POR MAIS DE 3 DIAS, COM REPETIÇÃO DOS PRATOS( TODAS AS REFEIÇOES TINHA MAMINHA).
SALA DE MUSCULAÇÃO - NÃO FORNECEM ÁGUA
QUARTOS- O CONTROLE DE TEMPERATURA DO AR CONDICIONADO NÃO CORRESPONDE A TEMPERATURA DO CONTROLE, SENDO MUITO MAIS FRIO DO QUE A MARCAÇÃO DO TERMOSTATO.

Took us 2 hours in line for the checkin, literally.
Another 40 minutes in line for the checkout.
Property did not want to compensate us for the wasted time with a late check out ..

Hotel novo, com boas instalações, porém, não considero um hotel 5 estrelas!
Pontos positivos:
-Café da manhã farto e variado, apesar de ter sido repetitivo (opção de proteína frango em 3 dias, só um dia de carne de sol)
-Área de lazer grande, com opções variadas de restaurantes
-Funcionários educados e atenciosos
-Hotel na beira da praia, com a estrutura do Praero! Praia belíssima e excelente para o banho
Pontos negativos:
-Toalha da piscina só era entregue na recepção, a qual fica longe da piscina, dificultando o acesso para troca das toalhas
-Sem bebedouro disponível na academia
-Qualidade da Roupa de cama e banho não são compatíveis com um hotel 5 estrelas
-Troca de toalhas no quarto demorada e precisando ser solicitada
-Quarto com cheiro forte horrível de água sanitária após limpeza, deveriam usar um desinfetante ou aromatizador de boa qualidade! Além de deixarem o piso molhado, o que me fez cair ao chegar no quarto
-Buffet do almoço com opções repetidas (opção de carne foi maminha ao molho poivre nos 3 dias que almocei)
-Cobertor super fino e sem opção de colcha ou edredom no quarto, Precisei solicitar no dia seguinte após sentir muito frio a noite

O Hotel é incrivel e novo. Tem bastante entretenimento para adultos e crianças. Funcionários atenciosos, monitores engraçados, piscina quentinha (apesar de nao ser aquecida) e fica pé na areia. Recomendei aos responsáveis uma atenção especial à comida que, apesar de deliciosa, é a mesma todos os dias. Super recomendo para viagem em casal ou em família.

Hotel com instalações novas e bem pensadas para o lazer! Uma boa estrutura e atividades para crianças ! Quarto muito bom , com uma pequena sala com tv e varanda ! Ducha excelente! Wifi razoável, mas resolve ! Cafe da manhã simples, mas suficiente. Piscinas com agua quentinha !

Hotel novo, confortável, mobiliário bonito. Quarto com microondas e bancada de cozinha. Terreno estreito dentro de um loteamento. Muitas obras em andamento em ambos os lados. Piscina grande, mas o piso de concreto deixa a área super quente. Entretenimento razoável. Limpeza mediana. Não trocaram as toalhas em 4 dias. As vezes não repunham sabonete. Chegou a faltar papel higiênico. Levem repelente para pernilongos. Café da manhã variado, mas faltou banana e maça, poucas frutas picadas. Jantar muito bom, com pratos fartos de peixes e camarão. Praia maravilhosa e tranquila.

Estrutura nova e muito boa, confortável. Café da manhã bem variado. Piscina com profundidade rasa. Tem quadras de tênis, beach tênis, poliesportiva de cimento, parques, restaurantes, sorveteria. Gastronomia precisa melhorar.
