I booked this room because it said rollaway beds were available. We have 3 children so I had planned on putting one of them on the rollaway. When we checked in, we were told rollaways were not allowed in the double queen rooms. I told the front desk person what it said on the website and her only response was "That's because you booked through *******." She seemed irritated that I had booked through a 3rd party. She said they were sold out (as were all the other hotels) so we were forced to make a bed of pillows on the floor for one of us to sleep on. The computer system was also down so we could not get a key to our room. Someone had to let us in our room each time. We booked a "city view" room but our view was of the rooftop and HVAC unit. In addition, our room was not very clean. Everything was covered in dust. We also didn't get any sleep because there were people running up and down the halls and yelling the first night and the people next to us were blaring music the second night. I will say, when I called down to the front desk to complain about the music, they sent someone up right away to deal with that. We will not be staying here again. I expected more from a Hilton property.
