很少寫點評，但這次覺得挺感觸的。地理位置在一個什麼開發區，離燈紅酒綠5-10分鐘車程，喜歡安靜的朋友會很喜歡。酒店很新，房間尤其洗手間相對很大，洗浴用品也不錯，花灑套裝很人性化。入住過程中發現了個問題，原打算跟他們反應一下以後需要注意，沒想到前台的反應很迅速而且處理得大方得體，很有五星級的應變水平。還會再住。

家鄉新開的酒店。春節回鄉特意和家人過來體驗。酒店位置便利，安靜。離水東的中心地段自駕車就10來分鐘。但酒店周邊餐飲還沒有。酒店工作人員服務態度都很有禮。房間的配套用品也不錯，尤其是洗手液和吹風機值得點贊👍床品舒服，枕頭可以要求酒店調配，比如我就要睡乳膠枕。酒店一樓有自助早餐，品類還算是比較多。環境不錯 。味道嘛，湊合吃。做飲食除了乾淨衞生，用料和烹飪才是決定美味的最重要因素。有改善的空間。總體來説，這次入住還是蠻舒服的。

酒店是新開業的，房間很大，衞生乾淨！值得一提的是，房間的全自動系統很智能，視野方面真的很不錯，前台的小姐姐都非常熱情，並且辦入住非常的快。自助早餐很不錯，品種多。在大廳等車時，還有前台小姐姐給倒的葡萄汁。非常不錯，還會推薦給朋友^_^。。

差評！剛裝修好不久，房間裏氣味很重，房間內温度很低，空調效果差，風噪大，電視機的遙控器電池裝的反的，遙控器按了半天沒發調試。早餐品類不多。新開也，服務有待提高。

唯一不滿的是用早餐出來時因手上拿着倆個人的酸奶（因太冷想解凍後再食用）而被叫住感到不舒服，希望以後小姐姐要看實際情況，不要讓客人尷尬😳

我們從海南駕車返回大陸，第一站選擇入住了茂名的電白美達酒店。我們在茂名住過不少酒店，感覺電白的華美達酒店最好。一是前台接待人員很專業，二是地下車庫很棒，三是一樓西餐廳服務很好，送餐到房間，四是設施比較新。總之這家酒店感覺很温馨。

茂名的華美達酒店的自助早餐居然有腸粉！全家都很興奮，紛紛過去光顧！發現醬油居然是自製的，還可以加蛋加得這麼均勻，整體質素媲美廣州銀記！牛腩粉的牛腩也絕對是上乘，雖然不及廣州同福路廿多年都排長隊的的街坊店，但也是可以隨便吊打那些什麼米其林星級的某某清湯腩的！這是外出這麼多天以來，吃過最好吃的早餐了！

優點：酒店位置便捷，很大氣，設施很新，服務員態度也很好，會面帶微笑。
吐槽一下：預訂的是禁煙房，一打開門一個煙灰缸赫然出現在面前。員工解釋整個酒店都是禁煙的，但是有客人會抽煙，所以都會放着煙灰缸。
當時本着包容將就的心態住下來了，結果幾天整個走廊瀰漫著煙味。
想着在電白有這樣的酒店已經算不錯了，沒想着留評價。
結果好笑的是回訪電話打過來，順便提到這個事情，當提個建議。
結果酒店方回覆是8樓就是吸煙樓層。
該怎麼説呢，説虛假宣傳還是員工培訓不到位？
我入住的時候是除夕，整個酒店住客屈指可數，為什麼安排到吸煙樓層
如果需要預訂更高級的樓層或者房型才能安排禁煙樓層，也可以實際告知而不是隨便敷衍客人吧
之後我們入住某景區酒店，酒店房間至少是沒有煙灰缸也擺着很大的牌子提示禁止吸煙的
那天溝通酒店的語氣不是很好，看到評論區回覆評論也是很強勢。
酒店的服務不在於服務員的微笑，真誠服務客人而不是敷衍或者應付。
