Vriendelijk ontvangen en prima kamer toegewezen gekregen. Echter bleek er een defect in de verwarming te zitten, waardoor deze de hele nachten harde knallen gaf, en een continu hard gezoem. Wij hebben echt letterlijk geen oog dicht gedaan, en zijn om die reden vanmorgen om 06:00 al vertrokken. We hebben vannacht nog geprobeerd om contact te leggen met het hotel, maar dit was niet mogelijk

Als ich eingecheckt hatte und in mein Zimmer wollte, war die Putzfrau noch am putzen, sodass ich ne viertel Stunde vorm Zimmer warten musste. Check in war ab 14 Uhr. Da frag ich mich, wieso das Zimmer um
16 Uhr noch nicht bezugsfertig war. Ansonsten war’s aber sauber und von der Ausstattung wie beschrieben.

Das Zimmer war genau wie auf den Fotos beschrieben, sehr sauber und sah frisch renoviert aus mit neuem modernen Bad und guten Betten.
Von außen und den Fluren innen hat es tatsächlich etwas Jugendherbergencharakter.
Die Rezeption ist im Nachbarhotel.
Wer ein Zimmer mit guter Preis-Leistung sucht und kein Wellnesshotel ist hier richtig.
Das Frühstück war auch sehr gut alles ganz frisch gemacht und genügend Auswahl.
Das Personal war freundlich, also ich würde das Hotel nur zum Übernachten jederzeit wieder nehmen.

Perfekt für den günstigen Aufenthalt. Nähe zu Koblenz. Qualität und Ausstattung für den Preis wirklich super. Alle Details zur Anreise etc sind vorher bekannt und klappen einwandfrei. Wir kommen wieder!
