"I was very satisfied with the experience of booking an apartment overseas this time. I could cook and wash clothes in the apartment. Because it was Ramadan, there were no restaurants to eat in during the day, so I could just cook something in the apartment. There was a big Carrefour across the street! Shopping was very convenient!"
"Very nice hotel, modern and clean, great staff, comfortable and spacious room.
Small downsides: problems with hot water in the shower and the distance from Masjid Ennabawi due to work in the city but the hotel provides a shuttle before and after each prayer"

"Great hotel, staff and services. It’s 30 minutes away from Masjid nabwi. Rooms are very clean and decent size. Definitely worth booking if you’re going to medina with family."
"*************, best location near nabawi. But when i want to book another night, i can not direct book at the hotel, so i booked it through OTA once again"
"The stay at this Hotel was great for the price, smooth check in, brilliant bedroom very spacious, the breakfast was lovely, a good choice, they have a shuttle for every prayer where you get dropped off at the basement of the Masjid and it only takes a few minutes to get into Al Masjid Al Nabawi.
Overall a really good stay at this Hotel."
"Very clean. Very comfortable. The only downside is the pigeons invading the windows a bit. The showers are poorly designed to drain the water. Very good value for money. Very spacious."

"Location is a bit far from the Masjid Nabawi. There is no shuttle service either. You need to rely on taxis which are not exactly convenient for pilgrims travelling to mosque multiple times a day. Food was delivered to our room but it was not sufficient for 2 people."
GGuest UserI’ve never stayed in this hotel despite visiting Medina on a number of occasions the location is okay it’s near both the ladies and men’s gate to access at prayer times I’d say a brisk 10 min walk there is a lot of food places the mini stalls and also great Pakistani food on the doorstep of hotel
Now the hotel itself is in need of a little refurbishment the doors in the rooms are peeling and the furniture is old
On the other hand the toiletries used are an amazing brand BYREDO….the lifts were very busy and would take a long time to arrive at our floor and also the same on the ground floor
Breakfast was standard but fresh I cannot fault the service received by staff members especially Feras at reception and house keeping too all in all a pleasant stay
AAbrar2483One of the best hotels near Masjid Al Nabawi! The staff are incredible! From the moment I arrived, Hassan from concierge assisted me with my bags and the staff at the reception were very friendly and they not only allowed me to check-in early but also upgraded my room with a partial Haram View! All the staff spoke English perfectly. The rooms are nice and spacious with modern furniture and the amenities provided in the room are perfect from bathrobes to multiple kits! The room was relatively clean however I’ve notice multiple finger prints on the refrigerator door as well as the bathroom door which shows those 2 areas weren’t wiped after the previous guests had left. The shower was perfect with nice hot water and the bathroom was spacious enough.
The hotel has 2 towers and we didn’t know which tower to go to so we ended up going to tower 1 were the receptionist informed us that our booking is in tower 2. I had an elderly guest with me and moving towers like this was very inconvenient. The hotel should inform the guests about the tower number and parking instructions before arriving at the hotel.
The hotel is very close to the Haram with just 6-7 minutes walk to both the men’s and the women’s entrance (door 11 and 12). Upon returning to the hotel, the staff were promptly situated outside the elevator doors assisting guests with the elevators.
About the breakfast. It was fantastic! The options available were great and included selections of
cold appetizers, bakery items, main courses including french toast and pancakes. The breakfast staff were very friendly and efficient and they never said no, especially Riaz he served us coffee and hot chocolate. The items were being refilled quickly. The 2 ladies welcomed us for breakfast with a huge smile.
Suggestions to improve breakfast:
1) there was no live cooking counter for omelette. The omlette was being cooked in the kitchen and was being stocked in the hot plate. It would be great if the hotel could consider introducing live counter for omelette as it really would help us guests to make the perfect omelette for ourselves and eating it warm and fresh. Other hotels do have a live counter.
2) Though all the breakfast items were great, the French toast wasn’t good at all! It didn’t taste like a French toast. The sambosas were undercooked and very chewy so wasn’t able to eat them. Improvements on this will make the breakfast experience perfect!
One more thing to add is that the staff not once said “No”. They always accommodated our requests whatsoever. I asked the reception for a plastic chair for my elderly mother to sit and take a shower, thought they didn’t have it, they offered us to switch to an accessible room with no additional costs!
The hotel is not very busy and crowded as I didn’t see any groups here. I hope the hotel can maintain this very same standard or else it’ll be very easy to be like the other hotels who don’t care about guests.
All in all, I’ll definitely choose Al Manakha Rotana again on my next trip to Madinah and wishing this hotel success!
MMohamed AzmiI stayed at Pullman ZamZam Madinah with my wife and daughter during early April 2025. Overall, we had a pleasant experience. The room was a good size and well-suited to our needs, with four beds for the three of us—very comfortable and spacious.
The hotel is in an excellent location, especially for men, as it is very close to the entrance of Masjid Nabawi leading to the old mosque, Prophet Muhammad's (ﷺ) grave, and Rawdah. This made it very convenient for prayers and visits.
However, the women’s entrance to the masjid is a bit farther away. Thankfully, the hotel provides a shuttle service specifically for women to help with this, which is a thoughtful and appreciated gesture.
Service was generally good, and the staff were courteous. Would definitely consider staying here again for the convenience and comfort.
KKendana TamizThe hotel staff is great, I lost my key (card room) in Masjid Nabawi and they didnt even charge me with anything.
We can also put the luggage after check out in the safe place.
The building is older, but functional.
We dont have to wait for the lift because there are 6 lifts for the building alone.
I’m shocked that the shampoo and soap is from Brooklyn, which I’ve visited New York in May but no time to visit Apotheke 😩
Near gate of Masjid Nabawi from the hotel is 365.
You can choose this hotel instead of Pullman Zamzam if you have strict budget like us.
Because the location is not that far from gate 365.
This gate is near Rawdah.
Ps: I take this photo right before check out. Sorry for the mess
FFAISAL AMIRThis hotel was supposed to be 3.5 kilometres in a straight line to Masjid Al nabawi but due to road works we ended up travelling 9 km each way.
The hotel itself is a converted apartment building that turned into Suites probably because the owner couldn't sell the apartments due to the area not close to any business centres or shopping malls.
Prices were reasonable and the staff was friendly and communication is great
No USB charging ports provided anywhere including lounge or bedrooms.
No towels or any cleaning supplies provided to keep this little apartment clean.
Bathroom floors were extremely slippery to the level I would call dangerous.
Bathroom fittings, kitchen ,bedrooms and all furniture in living area also large and comfortable , but we booked for six beds they only provided us 5 beds plus a thin single mattress , which was a great disappointment.
But for us, the biggest drawback was that it's too far from Masjid Al nabawi and not suitable even at low prices.
I would recommend paying more to be closer to Masjid Al nabawi there are plenty of options within 15-20 minutes walk at good price, but if your reason to stay in Madina is not Masjid Al nabawi, then this hotel suite is okay, just consider all the notes I made above.
GGuest UserPilih hotel ni sebab lokasi. Cumanya susah nak dapat hotel ni sebab cepat sold out. Haritu masa check in receptionist surprisingly ramah, which was a bit odd sebab customer service kat Saudi ni takda lah beriya sangat ramah. Check in macam biasa lepas Asar. Hotel memang sangat2 busy so jarang sangat2 akan dapat early check in. Easily accessible untuk yang pakai wheelchair. Lif banyak. Walaupun orang ramai tapi ok sebab lif banyak. Overall akan stay sini lagi inshaallah.
AAnonymous UserThe mosque is very close to the Haram (about 5-7 minutes walk) flat road
Women's gate is very close
It is located on the other side of the Haram, so if you have a reservation to enter the Rawdah, go ahead to arrive on time.
The reception is very helpful, and the service comes quickly
There is a kettle and a refrigerator. There is no microwave.
I was allowed to enter before the check in time (about 9-10 am) due to the availability of rooms (the number of beds was not reserved, but I had no objection).
Recommend. Especially for young people.
GGuest UserThe hotel’s location near the Prophet’s Mosque is excellent, making it convenient for visitors. However, the overall experience was disappointing. Rooms felt outdated, cleanliness was lacking, and staff were slow to respond to requests. Parking is free .While the location is a big plus, the service and facilities need significant improvement.
