My wife and I booked this hotel for our last night in Milan to be close to Milano centrale station. We gave two stars to this hotel. One for location and the other one as bed was pretty comfy but...Staff are not that welcoming at all and the state of the bathroom is shocking. The shower tap broke in my hands so I am lucky I was dealing with cold water at the time of the incident. When checking in, cash was the only option....Wonder why ,-) For £**, I hope there are better alternatives in Milan...But maybe not, so if you are on a budget then it could still be one of your few options as long as you like a possible adventure in the shower ,-)

SCANDALOUS. MY 60 YEAR OLD FATHER ENDED UP SLEEPING ON THE STREET OUTSIDE MILANO CENTRALE. I made a reservation through booking, for which I paid in advance for my 60-year-old father so he could sleep one night in Milan after a 20-hour trip from Argentina. First call the Hotel to ask if they had rooms available for one person. They said yes and then I made the reservation through booking. I reserved the room for my 60-year-old father who was traveling from Argentina. When he arrived at the hotel they told him that they did not have any room for him (even though I made the reservation through booking and PAID in full for the reservation). They told him that there must have been an error, even though I had called beforehand to ask about availability, that I had made the reservation through booking and that I had paid in full. They treated him very badly, they did not help him in any way to find another room in another Hotel, since it was 10 at night. AND THEN THEY TOOK HIM OUT ON THE STREET without giving him any type of explanation or assistance. MY FATHER ENDED UP SPENDING THE NIGHT ON THE STREET, outside the Milan train station. Since it was 11 at night and he couldn't find another Hotel. AVOID BY ALL POSSIBLE MEANS ANY TYPE OF CONTACT WITH THIS HOTEL.

Hotel was spotlessly clean. The reception was very helpful and friendly, especially the young black guy. Anthony in the bar made our evening. The cocktails and snacks were delicious. Anthony was very entertaining and funny. The room was perfect, not modern rather traditional which we liked. Plenty of nice toiletries. Good air con. Comfortable beds. Only one mug and unfortunately no milk for tea or coffee. It was suggested we went down and asked the restaurant so we didn't get charged for room service. This was our only slight negative. Great position... It cost around €10 to get to the centre by taxi. Not far from Garibaldi. Would definitely stay there again. Nice little find.

In advance I’d like to say, that I feel kind of bad for the staff because the guy seemed like a nice guy. Now when I first came in I was relieved because the room looked alright and wasn’t as horrible as described in the reviews. To be fair I had one of the ground floor rooms and I didn’t get to see the other ones. But I rated 1 star, so what was so bad? Well, first of all I paid 90€ per night, for one of the worst possible locations in Milan and a sh1ttyexperience over all. What was bad in particular? Bathroom: st1nky towels (not properly washed) Moldy shower, horrible lighting, the ac was as loud as a car so everybody in the hotel knows when you go to the bathroom, the toilet was not properly cleaned and had stains on it, floor was sticky, shower over all really small and sh1tty, there was also no space to put your stuff. So the bathroom was 1/10 Bedroom: a little better Windows could open and the sheets smelled alright, the bed was also quite comfortable, (but I am no standard since I can easily sleep on the floor) Room service was also a nice touch and the Wi-Fi was also fine. But, Walls are thin, there is not much storage space and only 2 hangers + one for pants; sheets had stains on them; floor was also sticky; backboard was also loose and only one of the reading lights was working if you want to be picky. Bedroom 2/10 There’s probably more stuff I could say but I think you get the general idea, if it was only 10€ a night I would have probably looked past these Mankos, but since it was 90€ ??!!!! I expect a certain level of luxury. So in the end, just don’t, don’t do it, it ain’t worth it

Nice hotel. Friendly staff. Hotel is about a 20 minute tram ride from central City centre. Car parking available. Good Wifi. English was not an issue. Hot and cold breakfast on offer. Tram stop not far away. Hotel is in China town. Major CC accepted.

I was there just for a couple of hours then it was ok, but I can't imagine more hours there the room was extremely small, the bathroom too awful, I didn't try the bed but the cover was dirty, I booked because I needed it just for a while but honestly I wouldn't book it again.

On the occasion of the Milan Marathon, we booked 2 single rooms, with late check-out at 3pm (at the "modest" price of 120 euros each, 90 of which as the basic price, and 30 for late check-out) in order to take a shower at the end of the race, before leaving again. Instead, we returned to the hotel shortly after 2pm, and the receptionist, with absolute rudeness, told us that the rooms had already been made up, and therefore we could only collect our luggage. Only after 15 minutes of discussion, and underlining that we had paid 30 euros each for the late checkout (!!), did he let us in and then literally threw us out (he entered my room at 3pm sharp and then demanded that I should go and solicit my friend, which obviously I refused to do), and saying that we couldn't even stay in the hall. Finally, when I asked to have the receipt for the payment made (however demonstrable, having done it in advance by bank transfer) he first replied that I would have to wait (and at that moment I thought, but how? you didn't say that we couldn't stay not even in the lobby?) and then that he would send it via email (which didn't happen). For the rest, even leaving aside the misunderstanding mentioned above, given the total absence of services (no breakfast), very spartan rooms (our two with windows without the slightest view), and certainly not excellent cleanliness, the hotel is not worth absolutely the amount paid. I have frequented many hostels in my life where the courtesy, services and cleanliness were decidedly superior. Definitely not recommended place.

the only positive thing was the price but in any case they had invented a tax that would have doubled because I arrived late. In the end they gave up as they only wanted cash! Non-existent hotel, just a room in a condominium (probably a former doctor's office), cold and bare rooms
