location nice view mountain ，room clean average but continental breakfast so so nothing choose only egg， bread，coffee，apple juice and muffin。one night stay is

My account was hacked and someone booked a room for 5 nights here and when I disputed it they did everything they could not to give me my money back and they clearly know that no one showed up to stay at the room and I can’t get no response back from them. I was actually literally in jail that week so I. Have solid evidence proof I didn’t order the room.

2 hours drive away from New York city. Just pull over the car from free way and sleep over. Have an out let just beside it.

Simply handed over the room from the previous person. Beds were both used, beds were then freshly made. Same day, same hour, toilets didn't flush and were then repaired. Everything at 8pm staff was friendly. So I can't recommend it any further.

NO HEAT IN THE ROOM. I HAD TO SLEEP IN MY COAT. THE DRAPES WERE FALLING OFF THE ROD AND DID NOT CLOSE COMPLETELY. THE SLIDING DOOR DD NOT LOCK.AND I HAD TO PROP THE CHAIR AGAINST IT FOR SAFETY. BATHROOM WAS FILTHY, TUB WAS NOT CLEANED AND TOILET WAS OLD AND STAINED. THE PLACE WAS A DUMP. I CHECKED OUT AROUND 6 AM.

Other than road noise, my main complaint would be the heater. Obnoxiously loud. Nearly impossible to sleep. Other than that, the key card stopped working twice.

Days inn was terrible dirty towels, burnt holes in mattress, cockroaches in the coffee make, drawers with filth in them, horrible we had to book another hotel
