Toyoko Inn Fujisan Mishima-eki

Although the hotel is situated next to the train station (north side), one needs to walk around the railway station to get to the south side. One cannot walk from the north side of the station through to the south side. The stations are not connected. The hotel does provide free shuttle bus service to the south side of the station. Breakfast spread is sufficient and the staff ensures food is always available. It can be crowded during breakfast as the hotel is quite popular with the locals.
Dormy Inn Mishima

Hotel is near to the Mishima JR station (about 7-10 mins’ walk instead of the stated 3 mins) but it was at the opposite side of the station where all the eateries and amenities were. Could get really dark to walk from the station especially for the ladies. Public bath/onsen was not bad but the outdoor pool was overhyped. There was a cold pool, sauna too. There are 2 massage chairs. Overall, an dated hotel that serves its purpose for a brief stay with tea and coffee dispenser in the lobby.

I used it for sightseeing with my friend. Because I stayed at this hotel, I felt like I had been on a trip until the end. The reason is the bad response to the bad. We pointed out that we were guided to a room different from the room we booked, and when we told him that there was a difference in the amount, we could not judge it. I was asked to refund my account by transfer. However, I did not confirm the number and said, ”I will transfer it today”, but I did not transfer it. When I contacted the next day, I said, ”I should have transferred it.” I asked where the refusal was because I wanted to check the account number, and I was surprised to say, ”it may be in my bag”. I said that there are people who manage their personal information. (laughter) After that, when I called, the person who responded differently responded and was deposited the next day. That means the first ”should have been transferred” will be a lie. I laughed again when I had a hotel to lie to my guests. The staff who responded from the beginning did not apologize once, and it was a really disappointing hotel with a lie. In fact, there were other problems such as the shower head was taken and injured when I had a shower in the room, and there was no blanket, but it was a disappointing hotel that it did not matter. It may be just my bad luck, but I can't trust anything with the actions that occurred when the accident happened. I would recommend staying other than this hotel to make a nice trip. I'm sorry for the long sentence.
Fujisan Mishima Tokyu Hotel

This hotel is right next to the Mishima train station for both regular JR trains and Shinkansen trains on Tokyo-Osaka line. One can walk in without even cross the road. Access if from the first floor (ground) and the reception is in the second floor. There is a small shopping area in the ground floor. Rooms are of good size with separate seating area. Beds are comfortable and have all facilities expected in a first class hotel. More importantly the toilet and bathroom are in sperate enclosures. If one gets the station side rooms, one could see Mt Fuji in all its glory. Breakfast is good with a choice of Japanese and western dishes; and staff is quite helpful. The only issue is that noise insulation could be little better; it is certainly not comparable to what we found in a hotel situated next to a busy train track.

[Room configuration] The room is of suitable size, especially the corridor is very spacious, it is also convenient to walk with the suitcase. The only drawback is that the lights in the room are a bit dim. [Location] It is a 15-minute walk from Mishima Station. It is very convenient to walk from the south exit. [Hotel service] Toiletries can be picked up at the front desk, and shower gel and shampoo are in the room. The breakfast tastes OK, it should be 500 yen.
Hotel Gee Haive

7 minutes from the south exit of Mishima Station. There is a 7-Eleven nearby. This hotel is cheap and beautiful. Free breakfast. Instead, the room has two shared showers on the floor without a bath. No TV, no drinks such as coffee, and cleaning is only on Mondays for consecutive nights. The towels and amenities in the room are thoroughly cost-cut when they are in front of the elevator. Ideal for people who only sleep at work. Breakfast changes daily with bread, but it may be difficult to stay consecutive nights because it doesn't change almost. The cooler is independent for each room, so you can make it your favorite temperature, there are outlets on the bedside and USB Type-A outlets. The front desk is small, so check-in and out seem to be crowded. The best response is to have time.
