Greatly and centrally located near lots of places to eat, have a drink and visit. Parking outside wasn’t too complicated, just find a spot and pay. When we got there we only found one employee who couldn’t speak English and was a bit difficult to check in but regardless he was very nice, helpful and serviceable. He also helped us with figuring out how the parking worked. Room and bathroom were nice and spacious though the mini fridge didn’t really seemed to work. Other than that I pile stay again if I were in the area.

My husband and I stayed for 3 nights and found the hotel to be a bit disappointing. The property itself has potential but is a bit run down. The food in the restaurant was not good at all (we tried breakfast which was fine, dinner was a huge and expensive disappoin**ent). The spa is okay but nothing fabulous. Not pictured in the idyllic looking Instagram photos from the resort is the fact that you are required to wear blue swimming caps (provided). For those of us in North America this is not a standard practice at a spa, and I found the photos of couples enjoying the spa sans blue caps was quite misleading. The heat in our room didn’t seem to work so we were quite cold. We did find the bed and sheets to be comfortable. This property has potential but needs some work to truly be a 4 star spa hotel experience.

A good location with easy walking to the centre, bars and restaurants. The superior rooms were very good with no outside noise and a lovely shower. The breakfast was three star but very well presented and very tasty. The star of the show was Raphael on reception. A former pilot in the military, Raphael flew the flag for Hotel Boston. He was efficient, funny and professional - and made our hotel experience even more enjoyable.

This is a lovely hotel and we would highly recommend it. It is in a great location with plentiful restaurants and bars in the area if you wished to explore. We are a family of four with two adult sons and we booked two Deluxe Premium rooms which were really spacious and clean. One room had a balcony and overlooked the swimming pool and surrounding area - postcard setting with a fantastic view. We were part of a large group from Ireland with Topflight who were on the Andrea Bocelli Experience and this hotel ticked all of the boxes for us. We had a lovely drinks reception and 'welcoming meal' on our first evening and a farewell dinner' on the last - all of which was delicious and the service was great. We also 'ate in' one evening and enjoyed the meal. The communal areas in this hotel are really comfortable and you would find it easy to find a quiet, comfortable spot to read a book and relax. There is also a nicely furnished outdoor terrace at the front of the hotel which was ideal for chilling out and socialising. Even though we were part of a large group we felt valued as customers and, by the end of the week, it felt like the staff were part of the group! This was particularly evident on our last night as they volunteered to take group photos and they entered into the fun of the occasion. They took great pride in their work and they were visibly excited when this was acknowledged. Many thanks to Giuseppe who multi-tasked with the groups, to Roberto who single-handedly manned the bar with super efficiency, to Marta, Sara and Rosa who served breakfast and dinner with a smile and had great patience with a diverse group, to all reception staff who were professional and friendly (Fabio was charming) and to the housekeeping staff who ensured that our rooms were spotlessly clean. Worth mentioning that we organised a private tour to Florence for our family. We liaised with Alessia at reception by email prior to the trip and we found her most helpful and obliging when we enquired if the hotel could organise a private return transfer. We were delighted when she confirmed that it was possible and the driver that they employ (another Roberto) was professional, friendly, punctual and safe. We can highly recommend him. I spent two nights at the Tuscany Inn in October 2023 because I wanted to see if it was suitable for hosting 50-60 relatives between the December holidays. Yes, it is very suitable. This hotel is really recommendable: modern, very clean, spacious rooms, excellent conference rooms with IT infrastructure, delicious Tuscan cuisine, right next to the motorway exit, 400m from the train station, parking on the roof terrace, free access to the fitness centre, a few minutes walk from the centre. It is rounded off by extremely friendly and competent staff. Bright, large quiet rooms, even on the side of the Lucca - Firenze railway line as it only runs during the day. Very clean room. Gastronomy : 9 out of 10 points, an excellent rating for a hotel. Last but not least, the prices are right.

This hotel is picture perfect of everything I wanted for Tuscany. Over looking the hills and quiet serene countryside. The hotel was beautiful. The staff were very accommodating and nice. They built a new spa that is very nice. The massage was decent not great. the amenities were very relaxing. Although they said the pool was heated. It was not. They built new rooms near the spa that look stunning. At the time of the year I went there was only two restaurants open. The Tuscan one was pretty good. Certain dishes were fantastic certain dishes were not. The Michelin star restaurant was not my taste but I enjoyed the experience but I did not enjoy the food or the price. I did a pizza and pasta cooking class and it was average. I think they can do a lot more with it considering the price point. I would not do it again nor recommend it. The downfall to this lovely hotel is transportation. I recommend renting a car if you’re staying here because you’re limited to the hotel driver which the price is very expensive. Or a taxi. They do call the taxi for you however the taxi fair starts when they are called and wherever they are called from. Overall I would recommend it and it’s very relaxing. I would also recommend coming during the warmer months to enjoy the pool amenities.

We stayed with my two children at the hotel Amelia. The hotel is a 2-star hotel but just in front there is the latest Amelia dream view that is 3 stars. Just cross the street. Breakfast for all guests is in the 2-star room, while dinners and dinners for half or full pension are consumed in the 3-star restaurant. Our room, No. 4 had a double bed and 1 separate bed with bathroom and bathroom with shower. The restaurant is really good, we have tried both lunch and dinner, with half-pension and I reiterate that we have met great. The hotel has a small outdoor pool with an annex small hydromassage pool, both very comfortable to refresh in case of excess heat. Michela and Fabio are really nice and they can always advise you about the activities to take around, without forgeting that the hotel has discounts and discounts for the main tourist attractions of the parking.
