Immaculate, serene and gorgeous. Thank you so much to the staff at oasis lodge for making my engagement to my fiancé a perfect memory. Hicham, Badr and radi worked together with me to surprise her with the ring at dinner which was so intimate and special, they really created a special moment and even helped me film her reaction as it happened. I am eternally grateful for how well they treated us throughout this stay! As well as this I would highly recommend the spa treatment, Hamam and massage, it was exceptionally relaxing and even helped my sinuses with the dry climate. If I could I would give a thousand star review, thanks again oasis lodges and see you again soon!!!

Lovely would recommend. Cheap and cheerful. Don’t know why people are so negative about this place, I would stay here again. Clean, beds made everyday, clean towels, friendly staff. Located twenty minute walk from the square, and the souks. Off licence around the corner, which sells plenty of beer, wine and spirits. £11.00, for a bottle of wine and six beers. Highly recommended!!!

We checked in to our deluxe room, and it was a horrible stay. First off, the deluxe room building is the furthest building away from the hotel, and by the time we get to our room, the view from our balcony is of a construction site and parking lot. Our room had a particularly strong vinegar smell to it, and we asked to move rooms. We were told that every deluxe room was sold out and we would be able to move rooms the next day. Next day comes around and we didn’t hear from the hotel. Every call to guest services took at least 3-5 minutes until someone answered or called back. We also came back to our hotel room unlocked, and it seemed housekeeping didn’t truly close our door when they cleaned it. On our last night, the A/C didn’t seem to work. We called guest services and the lady I spoke to told me that it was turned off for the whole hotel. When asked why or when will it be turned back on, she abruptly interrupts me and says I’m transferring you to the front desk. I waited for at least 2 minutes on the phone before someone from the front desk to answer my call, and he informs me that someone will come check our A/C. We love staying at different hotels in different countries and had no issues with other hotels in Marrakech, however, our stay at Movenpick was very underwhelming and staff didn’t seem to care at all. This has been a very awful experience, and hope that the hotel management can make a much better experience and improvement for others.

Regarding the room, a mixed start to my stay and a first evening, being very manic and looking at cleanliness, my first room was very dusty and poorly insulated, the next day, the reception team told me about it. changed rooms, much less dust but not up to my expectations, I think the rooms need a little more maintenance and refreshing. Regarding the common areas, cleanliness is excellent and hydroalcoholic gel is available. As for the gym and the swimming pool, great I have nothing to say, very well maintained. The catering is correct too bad some of the hotel's restaurants are closed due to the Covid. The agents at the reception, catering, SPA and swimming pool are attentive and are very responsive. Too bad there is no possibility of transfer from the airport which is very nice when you land at 11:50 pm. Finally, the stay went well despite some improvements to be made and a sense of detail to be developed. Thank you for this stay.

Dirty cutlery, noisy location and poor service…. First problem, I was staying on the four floor, which was an issue as one lift was out of action and the other two lifts are unbelievably slow. The room was dark and even with the lights on difficult to see anything without the use of a torch. Thankfully my room was facing the pool as many colleagues who also had been staying complained of noise through the night from the road, obviously in rooms that had been facing the road. I still had an 8am wake up from the building site next door though. I only had breakfast at the hotel - but found the cutlery dirty and some cutlery had some sticky residue on them. Food was ok but far from the standard I had found in some of the local restaurants. At checkout I had a problem with the laundry bill, I was offered only a 5% discount on the laundry. I ended up paying in full after being threatened by the police for taking a photo of the invoice. Once in my taxi, back to the airport the taxi driver said there is always a problem with the hotel at checkout….clearly not an isolated case. The hotel did have some old charm but very much tainted by poor service, dirty cutlery and a noisy location. Avoid.

The location is right by the sea, the scenery is very good, the downstairs is the beach. The end of the hotel can see the endless Atlantic! The room is not facing the sea (maybe there are very few, the estimated price is very high), but the balcony of every room can see the sea! The room is very large, clean and comfortable, and the internet is very good. The room has a kitchen, the tableware is also in line, you can make your own instant noodles. Moroccan things are not very appetizing, or noodles! Especially if you have been in Morocco for a few days, you are tired of eating Taji pot and other foods. At this time, a bowl of instant noodles can make you burst into tears! When it comes to buying instant noodles, you have to mention that the Wanda's commercial center (one-twentieth of Wanda's) is next to the hotel. This is one of the few super-comprehensive markets in Casablanca. This is a wealthy area. Carrefour in the mall, everything! There are also fast food such as KFC and McDonald's in the mall. This place is not far from the Hassan II Mosque, just take a taxi! You are a tourist, the driver does not give you a watch, you can price! We got a great deal during Ramadan. Location is Agdal, leafy suburbs with good shops, calm and quiet and close to the city centre, ten minutes drive. It's a classic hotel with two huge pools and great slides for kids. Breakfast was plentiful. Recommend.

The hotel is amazing the staff the food the services… everything is wonderful. Essadi hotel located in te city center where everything is closed: restaurants, drug stores, coffee shops and supermarkets. I recommend it strongly and hope you will enjoy it as we did 😌
