A car issue was discovered while checking in at the hotel. Receptionist Bernardo Quintero was helpful attempting to source a car mechanic, which was appreciated. The hotel is centrally located. The hotel room was a small apar**ent, with a decent view. Parking is located 350 meters away at Plaza España, a bit of a walk (up many stairs) when carrying heavy luggage.

Great location and price
Did not like that the bathrooms had tile w black mold, the toilet kept running, there was a fire alarm beeping all the time but the location and close to everything made up for it!

Great location.Goodsißed living space and great shower.End room had weak WiFi...only negative.Onsite terrace cafe v good.Important to exit onto main road from cafe or back of hotel to access main areas.

Nice quiet location close to the parks and downtown Pontevedra. Spacious rooms, sound-proof windows, washing machine, refrigerator, electric stove ensure a comfortable stay.

Basic accommodations although plenty of space in the room/apar**ent. Fridge, appliances, etc. The beds are old and could do with an upgrade. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is basic -croissant, yogurt, juice. Good location - close to the old town, restaurants, attractions. Good WiFi.

Hotel-Appartement moderne bien situé près du centre ville. Beau studio moderne et spacieux avec cuisine et salle de bain design. Grande télévision. Climatisation. Bon petit déjeuner dans la petite cafétéria . Excellent accueil et professionnalisme du personnel très attentif. Nous avons même eu la chance d'avoir un hotel parlant français. Je conseillé vivement.

Excelentes apartamentos, cómodos,sencillos con excelente ubicación: frente a la Alameda. Destaco la calidad de la atención desde la recepción, las señoras que hacen la limpieza y el personal que trabaja en la cafetería. Estuvimos en 2019 y volvimos en mayo de este año, razón por la cual siempre los recomendaremos. Lo único que mejoraría es lo que sirven como desayuno, agregaría algunas cosas que no necesariamente deben ser en exceso: solo en variedad. AGRADECIDOS POR TODO! DIOS MEDIANTE VOLVEREMOS!

Nosso quarto era enorme. Com cozinha e servia oara uma familia de 4 pessoas. Muito espaçoso. Não oferede cafe da manhã. Não gostamos da localização pois como estávamos fazendo a caminhada de Compostela queriamos local bem perto para comer e era relativamente longe. Mas o quarto era excepcional.
