We traveled with a group of 14 people in low-season. We didn't stay in the cottages but camped there (with our own tents) There location is very beautyful with a swimmingpool and a toilet block with shower. Near the swimmingpool is a chilling area there and also a little bar. Very friendly staff. Perfect place to stay for a few days or more.

Great place to put your tent! Nice outdoor kitchen. Beautiful palm trees. And what I loved most: a swimming pool to take a dive in the evening as well in the morning. Esther is most friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was great! Better than we expect!

This is a fantastic place to stay and base for exploring Mountain area. Esther is a very helpful, friendly, accommodating and laid-back host who really makes your stay feel special. Our chalet had everything we needed including an outside deck perfect for evenings and sunrise. The chilled hangout bar area is super cosy. Would definitely recommend. A delicious breakfast included.

So good to be back at Simbamwenni and, after 2 years away, it's even better. I've spent 6 nights here waiting for some business to conclude in Morogoro. There can't be a better place to hang around waiting! The accommodation is excellent. Peaceful environment, great views, stunning birds. The bed is very comfortable with good nets, everywhere is spotlessly clean, the breakfasts and dinners are tasty and varied. I'm sure the swimming pool is the cleanest I have experienced in Tanzania - with monkeys to watch as you swim! Finally, the staff are helpful and friendly but leave you to do your own thing.

We stayed here for three days at the end of our trip to relax a bit. A big terrain with beautiful natural surroundings and lots of beautiful birds. We did the glamping experience in a luxury tent which was great. Nice swimming pool, bar and decent meals. Went on a lovely sunset walk with the hosts.

We really enjoyed a day trip to Simbamwenni, it is a beautiful and peaceful place to relax and slow down. The staff were welcoming but discreet, and were happy to let us wander around the grounds. After a busy week meeting people it was lovely to be in a quiet spot and be left alone to recharge.

I read the hotel per the instructions for the hotel to let them know my arrival date upon my checkout I was asked to pay when I had already prepaid and I was asked for my documents that I had printed from the site and was asked if they could keep them because they didn't have anything saying that I had paid. That wasn't okay.
