Staffs is not available for any services. People will arrive after multiple reminders. Things are offered as per the terms and conditions.

My stay at hotel airlines was really great, mr. Rajan at reception was really generous and helpful. We did not face any issue even though we exceed the time a little bit but they understood our situation and aided.

The hotel people doesn't known the proper booked details and the amenities are so worst. They do not have even water. I had waited almost for 3 hrs since morning to the water for bath and my all other programs got delayed due to this. Breakfast was not good and very limited ( 1 dosa and 1 idly ) thats it and for rest we need to pay not good experience

Air Condition Of room was not getting cool also the Lock of doors were very hard to lock and also the lizard 🦎 were roaming behind 📺 , average experience in case of emergency

Overall good, staff behaviour was nice. The distance from the palace is not far. The bathrooms were too small.
