The hotel is located in an excellent location, just a few minutes walk from the Nagoya JR station and local sub-way station. The bus terminal which runs to the nearby cities and towns is also in the same area. The hotel reception is located on the 15 floor. It is quite easy to find as there are directional signs to guide visitors arriving at the train station /sub-way. The room itself is typical Japanese size, not too large but comfortable enough. Breakfast is Ok but not a lot of varieties, mainly Japanese and Western style. There are many restaurants located on the 12 and 13 floors, at the same building and the nearby station building.

It was convenient location for a few minutes from the station. However, it is not very conspicuous along the narrow alley, so it may be better to guide it by maps without a sense of geography. We booked a room for 3. The room is nice, clean and spacious. There is a small kitchen where we can make coffee or simple food. There is also a washing machine available. Enough USB for use. The staff there are polite, friendly and helpful. But there is no reception staff after 10 pm. We need a passcode to enter into the hotel after 10 pm. We tried once but not working well. There is no other facility like Spa or Gym in the hotel. The location is near to shopping street in OSU, a few minutes’s walk . But not near to Sakae. Overall, a good and quiet place to stay.

Love the location, just above the train station. Service is excellent, left luggage is super easy. Only drawback is it doesn’t have a public bath
