"A hotel that is very convenient to reach by monorail. Sanrio really did not disappoint us. Next time I have a chance to visit Okinawa again, I would like to come to this good hotel again. The counter service staff scored 100 points!"
"Loved the decor in the family room. Very child-friendly including toys and child toothbrushes. Pyjamas were also provided.
Only problem was that the hotel didn't reserve a parking lot for us even though we had requested for it. Had to drive around the neighbourhood for nearly half an hour before finding an empty lot!"
"The Fourth Room was ideal for our family of four but we would suggest the following:-
1) Table/wall mirror so that the ladies can use it while the men can use the bathroom.
2) The hotel can invest in-house laundry services for the hotel guests. The laundry shop which were outside the hotel is not user-friendly. We used goggle translate and cannot understand the procedure.
Other than the above, we have a pleasant stay at Hotel Lantana Naha Kokusai-Dori. Very accessible to all eating places and a shopping mall Ryubo."

"Awesome location along the shopping street with many eateries just within walking distance. Spacious room and toilets and there’s a public onsen in the hotel."
"beyond expectations! I really wanted to stay here because of the ryokan-inspired rooms and they were so comfortable and homely. There was sufficient space in the room, toilets were modern and impeccably clean, and beds were very comfortable. I didn’t realise I also had access to their private sauna which was wonderful as well. Location is just 10 mins from the main shopping street, and just 5 mins from a departmental store. Staff was also very kind. No complaints at all and would love to come back :)"
"The facilities are very along the line, there is a washing machine dryer, a microwave kitchen, a toilet and a bathroom separate, there are two wash basins in total, very convenient.
The disadvantage is that it is far away and it takes 15 to 20 minutes to get out of the international pass, but there are also bus stops nearby.
There is also a relatively close bar area, and the flow of people at night is more complicated.
There is no door lock in the hotel lobby, anyone can come in and out of the hotel, it is recommended that the hotel add a password lock "
"Although it is not very big, it has a lot of things and is very complete.
Check-in and check-out are all self-service, very private, with an elevator.
It is convenient to push luggage and go upstairs. There is a washing machine, refrigerator and microwave in the room.
TV, air conditioning, bathtub, toothbrush, towel, cotton swab, razor are all available.
There is a small sofa, it is really well equipped, and the corridor outside the room is also very wide,
There is a stone statue in front of the door that is easy to see.
There is Kokusai-dori downstairs, as well as an ice cream shop, so it's very close to shopping.
The bus stop and monorail station are just downstairs, very convenient."
"The cleanliness, location, and services are great. It could be even better if there are more cutleries given such as plates, spoon and forks. The air conditioning swing is broken which I had to use a pen to keep it hold in place"
"I made a reservation for a business trip, but Toyoko Inn was neat and clean, had a simple breakfast, and takeout was also available, so I used it all the time. I was advised to sign up for Coin membership. I guess early check-in is possible. I'm thinking about signing up next time since it's a brand I use often anyway:-)"

Amazing
CC_PWe booked our stay here thinking that, for the hefty price tag, access to a lounge would be included as standard. Unfortunately, we were disappointed to learn that wasn’t the case. Had we known this upfront, we likely would have chosen a different, more affordable hotel *WITH* a lounge access. That said, the location is fantastic if you want to be right next to the action of Kokusaidori. The facilities are top-notch, and the rooms are incredibly spacious, which was a nice surprise. A highlight of our stay was the restaurant staff, who were exceptional. Breakfast was first class, with high-quality ingredients and a pastry selection that was probably the best we've had at a hotel in Japan. The staff made us feel incredibly welcome and well taken care of, adding to the overall positive experience during breakfast. Overall, while the price didn't quite meet our expectations, the excellent location, impressive facilities, and outstanding service—especially from the restaurant team—made the stay memorable.

GGuest UserThe service was excellent. They took good care of us by fulfilling our requests sich as extra bottled water. The room was comfortable and the soundproofing was excellent, there was no traffic noise at all. The location is great, within walking distance from the main street and Makishi Public Market. Parking costs 1500 yen per day as of May 2025, but there are other nearby parking options that allows you to park up to 24hours at about 800 yen.

AAzimoon BibiThe staff were very helpful, the hotel room was very clean and spacious. The all you can eat ice cream was very good for the kids and the ramen/noodle bar in the evening was a hit with the whole group. The hot spring was very nice as the weather was a bit cold.

SSydney Offical ReviewerRoom little bit small. However the location is walking distance. Very good. There are elevator parking. Small car is ok. Big car need some driving skills. That is paid with fair price unlimited entry.

AAnonymous UserFeel like this room is smaller than general Japan’s hotel rooms. You can’t really open a luggage larger than 24inches unless your luggage are those front opening ones. I am travelling solo with a 20inches lugg so it’s fine for me but there is not much space for me to put my souvenirs(don’t wanna put them on the floor). If you got more than 1 large luggage and plan to buy lots of souvenirs, then you need to consider booking a larger room or other hotels. However, the bed was larger than it was shown in the pics. There is no wardrobe, you could hang your clothes on the rack. Room lowest temperature is 20 degrees so sometimes I still feel hot. Also, the other drawback is the fridge isn’t cold at all. Feels like room temperature so better not to put food inside!!
Front desk can’t really speak English but they tried their best to help with everything so 10/10 for service! Please be aware that there is a machine on each floor that looks like coin exchange but it’s for VOD. I admit it’s my fault that I didn’t read the sign. However, front desk refunded after I explained the issue. Forgot my room key & gave me a new one without any charges. Service was better than many luxurious hotels👍🏻
Around 6 minutes walk to monorail and DFS mall. Hotel is very easy to find. Main place mall is just opposite the hotel, a few convenience stores nearby. Less than 10 minutes walk to local tour pick up spot. Didn’t try the hot spring and buffet breakfast but there are many restaurants in Main place mall. The neighbourhood is quiet and not as crowded as International Street.

SSophia MGreat breakfast here. Lots of variety to choose from.
I loved the pool as well but be aware that day time is free but from 7pm - it will cost 1,000 yen per person (comes with one drink) Amazing hot tub so I thought it was worth it.
Many travelers from around the world staying here.
I think it is a nice causal stay either solo or with friend & Family.
One thing I noticed (you may notice too) is that the bathroom smelled just a little. It may be from the pool above.

GGuest UserThe room is just a family of 3 people, 2 single beds are used together, the child is 4 years old, and the older child is estimated that the bed is not enough. It is recommended to set some big beds in the room. My husband is thin and I am fat. Just enough to squeeze together, if the father of 2 is large, it is not enough. I forgot to take pictures inside the room. These are the photos of the exterior of the building. The entrance and the elevator are there. There is a self-service computer screen for check-in at the door. The language has Chinese choices. The operation is simple. You can check in by entering the check-in number. When you leave, you will also check out. The check-in number will be sent to the email, just check it yourself
