This resort is run professionally by a local family following standards of a 4 star hotel and with nice personal touches typical of a homestay. The sunrise from the balcony was amazing and breakfast was served in local style. Certainly will come back again if I'm next back on the island.

千挑萬選的民宿沒想到這麼小啊，住的8樓帶着個小陽台，但小陽台還放着2把椅子一張圓桌，最實用晾衣功能要到10樓。廁所還算湊合，但室內空間太小了吧！出遊好幾天的家庭大包小包都沒地方放，行李箱衹能放在電視機和床尾中間，但行李箱打開後就衹能一個人側着過，床頭有積灰，晚上洗澡水時冷時熱，樓下一條街都是大排檔吃飯很方便，但飯點還是能聞到油煙飄上來，這還不是旺季……訂的是帶陽台的房間，但辦理入住的時候前台説因為我們帶了孩子可以給我們換個沒陽台但空間大點的房間，可一進去就是一股煙味，而且也沒大多少。室內多少都有點潮氣，早餐比較簡單。去沙灘很近這是最好的，樓下有洗腳的地方。價格不便宜，住得不舒心，總的來説性價比較低，有條件的住隔壁套房會更舒適

衞生非常好，雖然是民宿，但是衞生達到酒店標準，管理也非常有人情味
服務非常好，有免費的水果和冷飲，一樓每天也會有功夫茶或者咖啡的體驗課，前台小姐姐很熱情
位置非常好，就在海邊，走過去兩分鐘，樓下就是網紅店許大姐的菜
景色非常好，海景房可以在小陽台看日出，也可在10樓餐廳平台看日出
總之很滿意，下次有機會來一定會選擇這家

一方潯岸度假酒店位於南澳島，風景優美的青澳灣，地理位置得天獨厚。酒店設計是簡約且温馨的北歐風格，床品及衞浴用品很用心，沐浴間乾濕分開，房間乾淨清爽住得放心舒適。小薛管家熱情細心，提供遊玩攻略，還有手沖咖啡活動。在十樓露台就可以休閑地品茶，喝咖啡，欣賞青澳灣的景色，觀看日出，旁邊是北迴歸線廣場，離宋井、金銀島等景點很近。出門是食街，吃海鮮或牛肉火鍋都非常方便。早餐品種還可以，就是天氣炎熱不能在露台用餐，擠在小餐廳裏座位不夠。對面是停車場，停車費由酒店付款。
再來南澳島旅遊，還會選擇入住一方潯岸，一家非常值得推薦的度假酒店。

必須好評！外觀上看雖然小小的，但進門以後感覺很舒適！房間裏的設計也看出來很有心思。老闆很熱情（總是説要讓客人賓至如歸），員工們也都很熱情❤️據説酒店是去年國慶才開的，現在還不到一年，很新很乾凈～而且地理位置也很好，過馬路就是餐廳+停車場+海灘，很方便！雙床房比較大，但多數對裏面；海景房較小，但景觀很好，各位訂的時候各取所需吧！總之是很推薦的～！

房間乾淨，我們最在乎的馬桶和床單被套都很乾凈，乾爽！房間設施用品很齊全！老闆和服務員很熱情，貼心！早餐也很有特色，好吃！看得出老闆很用心在經營這家店！外面的沙灘也乾淨！總之，南澳之旅不虛此行，這家民宿不會讓您失望！

南澳遊，是此次潮汕之旅的第二站，但是沒想到有不少小插曲，其中之一，就是遇到“民宿照騙”。當然，看我評分就知道説的不是這一家，而是那家“only one洞穴民宿”，因為我取消了訂單，就不能進行評論了，但是不得不説，那家照騙民宿其服務之惡劣、衞生之不堪、房間面積之貨不對版是我這三十幾年來看過之最差，沒有之一。與此相反的是，臨時選擇的這家酒店，地段好（位於青澳灣附近），服務之貼心、設施之高檔、乾淨衞生。真是良心推薦，以後有機會一定會再次選擇，唯一可以再提高的是早餐的品種，可以再多點選擇。
