房間正常配置，潔具較講究，但問題不少，第一天，空調失控，室温一直在29度，幾次調節未成功，將就一晚；第二天因空調換房間，進門兩塊地磚撬起，踩下有下陷的感覺，室外牆體剝落，室內牆面開裂，不像是一家四星酒店，更可氣的是酒店的浴巾帶着污穢的印跡，退房時向酒店投訴，酒店調查後承認過錯，道歉了事，早餐差就不多説了，總之這是我目前住過的四星酒店最差的體驗。

房間確實乾淨整潔，感覺服務也挺好的，前台接待主動，在樓層打掃的阿姨都很熱情，都打招呼了，下次出行還會選擇諾富特，主要性價比高，沒見過這麼便宜的！

房間衞生乾淨，看着很舒服，這裏比較偏，安靜，睡得就很爽，服務都不錯，客房大姐打掃很用心，有需要打個電話很快就送過來，五一價格其實已經很優惠了，下次還會來……。

這是一家非常不錯的酒店，房間寬敞明亮，床鋪舒適，讓我得以安享良好的睡眠，楊經理熱情服務，令人倍感温馨，入住期間還送了水果，離地鐵很近，出門300米不到，公交站台就在旁邊。下次還會選擇

第一次，我估計也是最後一次了，第一次遇到這麼差這麼差的酒店！沒有空調我也是服了，客服還告知開了空調！什麼**酒店！雖然客服半夜1點多還在協調，我一家四口是一晚上沒睡的！體驗太差了！對了，房間裏還有好多小蟲子，真是不乾淨！

特意去南昌看演唱會的，下午到的酒店，第二天很早就坐車走了，辦入住的小徐和辦理退房的小周服務都特別好，很主動，以前出差住的酒店也不少，相比之下覺得這家酒店各方面都很不錯，性價比很高

訂了個市景房，後面換了湖景，入住很開心，房間衞生乾淨整潔，從前台到客房阿姨，都很熱情，房間簡單乾淨，看着很舒服，主要是價格便宜，起初都有點不太好意思訂，想着諾富特品牌，還有這麼優惠的價格？下次還會再光顧！

酒店位置好，很安靜，距離融創茂很近。攜程定的城景房加海世界套餐票，非常實惠，淡季人不多，前台還給免費升級成湖景房，服務態度也超級贊。美中不足，早餐太單一，而且一些食物沒有了也不續，需要改進。
