"The overall experience is average. There are many dead corners in the five-star hotel. The dirt on the pool is not wiped. I had a bad experience on the first day of check-in. I woke up and took my children to the scenic spot for a happy trip. I received a call from the hotel saying that two towels were lost and asked if we had brought them out! It affected my mood for playing! I hung up the phone after the communication failed. When I returned to the hotel, I was surprised that the hotel did not put new towels for us when the old towels were not found! ! ! ! This was beyond my expectation! They did not replace the old ones for us in time! Is this what a five-star hotel did? Is this the service attitude? ! ! ! ! This is the pattern? Fortunately, we found the towels in the hotel in the end, and we threw them into the basket in time! As expected, the hotel replaced the old towels with new ones the next day! I want to complain about this! ! ! ! The place where the bath towels are placed is a dead corner, just put it there, no need to wipe it! The breakfast was shown before 9:30, but we went down at 8:30 on the first day. The customer service staff told us that we were late and there was very little to eat! The most worthy of complaint is that I booked a hotel on Ctrip and I like quietness away from noise, but the hotel actually arranged a room facing the subway road, which means that if the subway is not closed, I will hear a subway whizzing by every two minutes! It is really disturbing! The hotel does not allow pets, but I actually heard Teddy's barking in the corridor. Fortunately, it was during the day and did not cause any impact! It really does not deserve five stars!"

"My husband and I had an amazing stay at Nanjing Central Hotel (Room 576, from 30 July to 1 August). Upon our arrival, we were warmly greeted by the Executive Vice General Manager, Mr. Charles Hao. We didn't know he was the GM until he introduced himself after personally leading us to our room. He was humble, friendly, and lovely to chat with. He even gave us an upgrade and assigned us a newly renovated room at no extra charge. We are so grateful for such warm hospitality. The room was perfect. It was extremely clean, spacious, and well-equipped. The air conditioning was cool, the shower pressure was good, the bed was comfortable, and the smart TV was even bigger than the one we had at home! Best of all, we met sweet Pan Na, the housekeeping manager in charge of our room, who presented us with two cute animal towels. On our departure day, the hotel porter not only helped us with our heavy luggage but also protected my head with his hand as I entered the taxi. Such a gentleman! All in all, the service here is really top-notch, and we highly recommend this hotel to everyone. We will definitely return the next time we visit Nanjing."
