房間在另一個樓，酒店後面，不是主樓，房間很小，衞生間沒有門，窗户不嚴，進來一個蚊子，晚上儘管被子蓋的很嚴，但還是咬我手了，體驗感不好

呵呵本人就不匿名為了讓大家看看你們傢什麼🐮🐴。你敢電話騷擾人身攻擊，我走法律程序。首先，老舊小區改造，環境惡劣，樓層低，樓下噪音大，房間不隔音，隔壁打遊戲，上樓梯，樓下講話的聲音都能聽到；其二，空調壞了南京的冬天根本睡不着，然後讓人維修，讓一個男師傅晚上進獨居女生房間，並且請求換一個電視爛了的房間都不給換；其三，床單上有破洞就在枕頭下方，其他住客可好好察看；其四，因為諸如以上原因本人休息不好，整個房間又冷又吵環境又差，由於之前提前預訂的連住4晚，就想提前退兩晚，這衹是預付後面的價格吧？我退的話讓我看當初我訂的所謂八折價，八折捏m。根本沒有。有本事給我截圖。並且前台的********半夜12點打電話過來吼我，不予妥協，服務態度惡劣，辦理入住時也是這樣。打擾顧客休息並且態度惡劣，這就是你們服務行業的態度？其五，於是退房經軟件客服協商最後我多出錢才得以退成功。我後兩晚並沒有住宿，沒有消費，並且我看了程序上原價也就才230，憑什麼我就要飆到290？直接兩晚將近600。什麼🐮🐴酒店。漢庭一生黑。不敢給優惠價當初就別張開腿給。

前台小姐姐很貼心很負責，訂的兩間房不在同一棟也幫我們換在了一起，每天都有熱飲帶來冬日裏的温暖。

沒有停車地方，自駕的不用考慮，前台接待不熱情，住酒店旅客開車來，詢問有沒有停車地方，愛理不理，問了兩遍才説朝前100米有其他停車場自費。訂的330的雙床房含雙早，結果一看是居民樓改造的，房間設施很簡陋，衞生間沒有門，藤筐裏有一條褲子是上個房客落下的，説明打掃很馬虎，一次性拖鞋質量也跟以前住的不能比，黑乎乎的，底薄。
