"Great location and very convenient!
The hotel is very close to the airport, which makes it perfect for transit stays. It has full facilities, including a convenience store and a cosmetic store right inside the building, which is super handy. You can also take a short ride to Naritasan Shinsho-ji表参道 and enjoy their famous grilled eel rice, highly recommended!"
"Strategic location for a night transit, walking distance to multiple car rental center too. The family futon room is just nice for my family with young kids without worrying them falling off from the high bed. Big surprise was the sakura trail within hotel compound. Will consider again for my next transit short stay"
"The location is excellent, and the free breakfast was great considering the price we paid for the room! Would book here again if I happen to be in Tokyo again. I highly recommend for budget travelers."

"It's a bit out of the way and it's not convenient to walk from the JR station with your luggage. It also takes a while to find food. Better than being quiet and having a place to bathe"
"AIC was the closest hotel to Narita Airport. The service was excellent. They were very friendly and always willing to help. I felt very comfortable. and the room decoration is good. Traveling in Japan was more comfortable and easy than traveling in other countries. thank you"
"The welcome drink service was great.
I used it for an evening drink after work.
There are no restaurants nearby so you have to buy dinner at a convenience store or buy a bento box from the hotel.
The staff were very polite and the hotel was clean and comfortable."
"Convenient hotel for short stay as free shuttle pick up service at the terminal 1 bus station 16 .
Fast check in & out thru a machine . Nothing around the hotel except Lawson convenient store . Room is clean but space bit limited if you having big luggage."
"The hotel is located in Narita Omotesando, about 15 minutes away from Narita Airport, which is very convenient. There are also restaurants that close late nearby, so you don't have to worry about not being able to eat even if you don't book dinner at the hotel. The overall decoration style of the hotel is Japanese style, and the decoration details are only average. The lights in the corridor outside the guest room are dim, which is not my feeling. In addition, the service is professional and enthusiastic, and the hygiene is good. Finally, a warm reminder: It seems that due to the centenary event of the shrine near Omotesando, the road outside the hotel will be subject to traffic control for one month (10:00 am-4:00 pm every day)."
"I was looking for an inexpensive hotel near the Narita airport to unwind after a Japan trip and be close to the airport. The room I stayed in was clean, had all the necessary toiletries and amenities. I even received a foot mask as a gift, which was a nice thing to receive after a lot of walking. Overall, the hotel fit well to my purposes and honestly I would stay here for longer to closer explore Narita.
I want to express my gratitude to the receptionist who called my room the minute after I missed my shuttle bus to the airport. I somehow managed to miss all my alarm clocks. He also helped me get a taxi and acted professional despite my lateness. Without you, I'd simply miss my flight with a layover."
"The hotel is a bit old, located on Omotesando, with old shops and restaurants on both sides. It takes 1 minute to walk to the famous eel shop, and about 15 minutes to walk to the JR station.
It is directly opposite Shinshoji Temple, and you can hear the sound of bells in the morning.
The room is an authentic old-fashioned Japanese room with a strong Japanese lifestyle. There will be staff to help you make the bed at night. The only inconvenience is that the room is boring and you have to go to their public bath to wash.
If you want to understand the traditional Japanese hotel, you can try it."

Very Good
GGuest UserThis place is very close to Narita Airport and is clean and simple and the price is good. I would stay here again if I have a late incoming flight or an early flight the next morning.
The room I stayed in was pretty small, but perfectly ok for just one person. The breakfast was quite good - lots of different things to choose from. The staff were very polite and friendly.
There is a convenient store next to the check-in on the first floor, and it has just about everything you could need. Which was great because I came unprepared for the 2-prong-only plug style of Japan (my laptop is a 3-prong style). It also has some basic food, even warm cooked chicken which I enjoyed after my arrival at night.
The place provides night clothes, slippers, toothpaste & toothbrush, and a few other items for free.
There is an airport shuttle that goes to and from the airport at regular time intervals. But when I arrived at the airport I was a little disappointed that it was hard to find the information of where to go and when the buses come - I hoped Trip.com would provide that info, or at least a link to the hotel’s main website, but instead I had to dig for that myself, and eventually found it on their website (I don’t remember the details anymore though).
GGuest UserThis was a bit of a surprise. I never expected Narita to be such a beautiful little town certainly worth spending a day or even two exploring this area. The hotel was okay. It’s a little bit hard to find as there are a couple of hotels with a similar name, so make sure you get the name correct before you enter it into Google Maps And even when it’s in Google Maps the walking directions tend to be a little bit off so just make sure you get a good idea of where you are heading before you start walking. Hotel was fine. Rooms were okay. Did smell of smoke even though it was a non-smoking roombut it was for one night and it served its purpose.
FFatinFarhana09The room is decent. just enough space for 3pax. Love the provided pyjamas. Ironing facilities available upon request. Airport shuttle services is so convenient. Just be there on time. No reservation needed. Family mart convenience stores just below the hotel.
KKuanhuiConvenient Narita Stay
Excellent location near Narita Station, just one stop from Narita Airport (NRT), making it perfect for a pre-flight stay. Rooms are typically small for Japan but very clean. Breakfast choices were limited, but everything offered was delicious. Plenty of restaurants are available near the station, and the lovely Naritasan Omotesando street and Shinsho-ji Temple are only about a 15-minute walk away.
GGuest UserThe hotel provided round trip bus from airport to hotel and it was on time. The room is very big. I love big bathtub. The staff who served me at night was very energetic and he had excellent english skill. Thank you very much. I want to stay here again.
NNajehah AzmeNice place to stay if you are taking flight from/to Narita. We arrived late at night, and had a great time spending one day in Narita too. Few places are within walking distance from the hotel.
The room is clean, fit for two and the yukata they provided is so comfy.
Took video of the room and no picture, unfortunately we cannot upload video here.
NNR~Very prompt service by all staffs frm this hotel.
Beyond my expectations, I didn't expect such wonderful service, but i was very pleased despite a very shirt stay as i had a 7am flight next morning.
This hotel takes all pride in caring for their client/hotel guests.
Every little thing was put into detail ; the complimentary shuttle bus svc to/from airport terminals & the shuttle svc to/from AEON mall was well worth it, a great deal of price for what client paid for the room rate.
I must so compliment Marroad Htl is spotlessly clean.
Will highly recommend those for looking into free airport shuttle and with morning flight to catch.
Will definitely rely on this hotel for my future Narita transit/ stopovers . 10 stars if i could. 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟
Bblr32This is probably the review that you are looking for;
After reading a lot of reviews here, i was skeptical but went for it anyways because of its airport shuttle. Although i wished that they extend their shuttle bus services throughout the night because my flight got delayed.
The service was alright overall. I think I know who is the ‘angry red man’ in one of the negative reviews written and at first, he did seem to be an impatient person but i realised that after communicating with a lot of fast speaking foreigners, he was accustomed to their pace of talking and dont worry, he would adjust to yours.
The hotel was filled with foreigners, mainly chinese (based on the lobby) and majority were men, calling on speaker and smoking. It was kinda refreshing given that I’ve been in Japan for 3 months and this is the first time i saw such behaviour in public. But tbh, the environment was inviting and you feel less pressured to societal norms because of them lol.
The hotel lobby for my floor did smell like cigarettes but it was faint. I guess someone smoked awhile ago. The soundproofing was average. I could only hear someone when I was close to my room door.
The store at the lobby had crazy pricing so i would advice to bring your own snacks from the airport before coming. The koi pond outside was cute tho!
The cleanliness was average. It was clean but i did found a strand of hair on the wall in the toilet, but other than that (i checked everything) it was acceptably clean (but do use the slippers). My two main issues with the room are the bed and lighting. The bed was hard. It made me think that this is how it would feel like sleeping on the tatami mat LOL but if you’re staying for a night, it was bearable. The pillows were also so hard. The lighting on the other hand was limited. I had to do my make up near the door because that was the only bright and white light area. Even the toilet was kinda dimmed since it didnt have ceiling lights.
Overall; its an OK hotel option to stay for the night to catch another flight the next day. I have never been to a motel but I would compare it to one, an OK motel lol. I hope I covered most of what people tend to look for :) Also! Theres a stamp at the lobby for travellers who likes to collect stamps in Japan.
AAnonymous UserRooms are a bit bigger than typical Japanese business hotel. Enjoyed our stay as we celebrated Christmas Eve snacks in the room. Very convenient location .
CCarinaThis is the fifth hotel I've stayed in Tokyo. It's larger than the hotels in the urban area and is the most luxurious one I've stayed in at the same price range in Tokyo. It has a TV in the bathtub and yukata (Japanese bathrobes), but the overall decoration is a bit outdated. The hotel has sufficient facilities, including a hot spring and a gym. However, the transportation is not very convenient. It feels like everywhere is far away. Although the hotel has a shuttle bus, it only runs at specific times. According to the map, there are other buses I can choose from, around 30 mins per one. I arrived quite late and it cost me 3000 Japanese yen to take a taxi. So, the next day, I booked a hotel in the urban area of Narita. Since the Tokyo subway is very convenient, I'd rather stay in a smaller hotel.
