我們當時定的標間套房，帶獨立衞生間的，到店商家卻説房間沒有了，把我們定的房間高價轉讓給其他顧客，衹給我們安排環境最差的房間，沒有獨立衞生間，衹有一個公廁，也沒有熱水，燒水壺都沒有，大冷天的衹能用冷水洗臉洗腳，根本沒辦法洗澡，曝光一下

隔音效果很差，一晚上有車在下面跑，睡不着。被子有點薄，蓋了薄的毯子都好冷，空調也是壞的，一晚上沒睡熱火。房間沒有燒水的飲水機，半夜喝熱水都要去走廊接水，導致半夜起來好幾次，給凍感冒了，希望酒店改進！

老闆最開始給我開了個公浴的房，但給我卡時並沒有告知，還是我去找她才給換的房，給的理由是訂房人多，衹能説出門在外留個心眼，小心別被坑了

環境差，設施陳舊，前台服務態度不好，洗澡水一股生銹的味道，床鋪不乾淨，睡了全身發癢，訂了三天，衹住了兩天，居然不給退一天的錢，在住過的酒店中感受最差的一個。再也不住這家酒店了。
