This hotel has such great potential but unfortunately the caliber of clientele leaves nothing to be desired. The location under the BQE, directly across New York City Public Housing, and vagrants who loiter in the surrounding area is unappealing. The rooms provide the bare minimum, except for seating besides the bed. But the ultimately frustration is the very low water pressure in the bathroom shower and sink. The noise emanating from next door or down the hall, since the walls are paper thin, can be jarring at times.
It's far from the best, and unfortunately there are worst hotels in the city.
