Shower didn't work properly. There was no cleaning of the room. The towels were not changed. The trash was not taken out. Room with sticky floor. Torn curtains. Lights in the room and bathroom didn't work. They charged 50 USD for early check-in. Room key always stopped working. Very far from Manhattan. Very dirty neighborhood. Lots of noise at the broker.

Everything is good, nice and clean, the only thing is that the person working at the counter should do the same as the other staff outside. It is better if they do their work instead of watching others. Viewing again and again makes the customer uncomfortable. Hope you understand and improve the thing with working staff. This thing is disturbed other tourists to. Thanks

The 3 floor smells like **** and is extremely noisy then I was moved to the 4th floor they sent me to a room they were in the middle of cleaning and told us to wait in the hall that room had a mirror facing the bed which made me uncomfortable then I was moved to another room an the sheets were stained it just was overall nasty not to mention the lighters and rolling papers in the vending machine

Do not recommend this hotel I checked out after 30 minutes of being there , no privacy u can hear the next room people arguing , kids with a shiesty mask on , smoking hallway smells like smoke

Please don’t stay in this hotel. I couldn’t sleep whole night. Smell of bleach and people banging on the walls
