"If you're visiting Changsha, you absolutely have to stay at this hotel. The room was spotless, and both the housekeeping staff and front desk were incredibly polite. The room amenities were complete; it was so comfortable to watch the projector while eating crayfish. The front desk service was excellent too; you don't even have to pick up your own takeout. And the location? It speaks for itself! Highly recommend."

Despite being full, the cleanliness was excellent; they definitely didn't cut corners just because there were a lot of guests. Not at all. The ladies at the front desk were incredibly enthusiastic and brought whatever we needed right to our room. Thumbs up!👍 Cleanliness: Very clean! Service: Warm and excellent."

Architectural Feature: The public area design is crafted by internationally renowned design firm Hong Kong CCD (Cheng Chung Design), blending star-rated hotel aesthetics with high-end residential concepts.

"Had great weather for both days of my trip to Hunan. The navigation led me to MixC, where I got off and then had to turn right, walk down to a sign, and then go down to a building. From there, I took the elevator on the left up to the 27th-floor front desk for check-in. The hotel staff's attitude was good, and they accommodated my request to avoid a room at the end of the hall. I was a tiny bit disappointed not to get an upgrade, though. The delivery robot that brings food to the room is super convenient. The room had a walk-in bathroom with a separate wet and dry area, and it was quite clean and new. The soundproofing was a bit lacking, as I could hear people talking next door. Other than that, everything else was pretty good."

"The room was spacious and clean, and the smart home system was incredibly convenient. The cleaning staff even helped fold our clothes, which we really appreciated. After walking 20,000 steps a day, it was great to be able to use the foot bath bucket provided. The front desk staff were also very polite and helpful. Plus, there were delicious free ice jellies in the lobby – I had several bowls these past few days, haha! The hotel is also close to metro lines 6 and 2, making it easy to get to all the attractions. Best of all, the area is very quiet, which is perfect for light sleepers."

Changsha Ben ONE Hotel (Wuyi Square IFS Center) Nestled at the intersection of Bayi Road and Qingshuitang, the hotel sits in the heart of the Wuyi Square core business district, yet enjoys a peaceful retreat amid red walls and green tiles. 【Prime Connectivity – Dual Metro Lines, Zero Transfers】 5 minutes walk brings you to Yingbin Road Metro Station, where Lines 2 and 6 converge. Line 2 takes you directly to the high‑speed railway station, and Line 6 offers a non‑stop ride to Huanghua International Airport – both without any transfers. Orange Isle and Yuelu Mountain are just a few stops away, making it easy to explore the city. 【History at Your Window, Authentic Changsha at Your Doorstep】 Open your window and you’ll gaze upon the green‑tiled bungalow of the Changsha History Museum of the Communist Party of China – a century‑old revolutionary site right before your eyes. Turn left downstairs and you’ll find the Rice Noodle Street, where a steaming bowl of local noodles in the morning awakens the true taste of Changsha. The Hunan Museum, home to the legendary Mawangdui artifacts, is only a 5‑minute drive away. And the trendy “Snack Kingdom” – a paradise for food lovers – is just beyond the noodle street, a mere 10‑minute stroll from the hotel. 【Huxiang Aesthetics – Lobby as Art Gallery】 Our design goes far beyond a generic “neo‑Chinese” style. The lobby is a striking art space where the light and shadow of the Mawangdui T‑shaped silk painting, the ethereal haze of the plain gauze garment, the parallel patterns of Han‑dynasty brocade, and the symmetrical motifs of lacquerware are reinterpreted as “light, color, line, and pattern” throughout the space. These aesthetic elements are also carried into the naming of all nine themed room types – including Silk Light, Gauze Shadow, Parallel Twin, and Face‑to‑Face – covering king, twin, and family triple‑bed options to suit various travel needs. Notably, each bed in the twin rooms is a full 1.8 meters wide, offering ample space even for friends traveling together – ideal for both family getaways and group trips. 【Full Amenities – Everything at Your Fingertips】 We offer a breakfast restaurant, a lobby bar, a self‑service laundry, and a fitness centre – all on‑site. Start your day with a bowl of local rice noodles, enjoy an afternoon tea, or take care of laundry and workouts without ever stepping out. 【Peaceful Sleep – Details That Matter】 Blackout curtains, 60‑count long‑staple cotton beddings, and double‑glazed windows ensure that despite the bustling city outside, your room remains a quiet sanctuary for a restful night. As summer begins, we warmly welcome you to step into a world of light and shadow – a dreamy Huxiang experience awaits.

"Booked this hotel for a weekend getaway. Arrived early in the morning and wanted to drop off my luggage. The front desk staff greeted me with a smile, quickly took care of it, and even suggested I go grab lunch first. When I got to the room, I found it was newly renovated with no strange odors. The bedding was so soft and comfortable, I slept soundly until morning. The next day, it was just a few minutes' walk to the subway, so I didn't have to drag my suitcase around. This feeling of being cared for is truly rare. I've already recommended it to friends and will definitely be back!"

"One of the most comfortable hotels I've ever stayed in! The service was exceptional; the front desk staff were warm, attentive, and incredibly responsive to all requests. The room was spotlessly clean, and the bedding was pristine. The biggest surprise was the whole-room aromatherapy system – the subtle, pleasant tea scent was so welcoming, instantly making me feel relaxed the moment I walked in. It's about a ten-minute walk from Changsha South Railway Station, and there's a subway station right next door, making getting around super convenient. For this price, the quality is outstanding, truly great value for money. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Changsha."

Hotel near High Rail South Station&International Convention Center,Changsha
"Stayed for 3 days with my elderly parents and young child. Based on my family's, especially my child's, opinions: **Facilities: 4.9/5.** The hotel seems to have opened recently, and the facilities are generally new and well-functioning. The bedding is great, with lightweight and comfortable down duvets. The shower in the bathroom has good water pressure, with hot water arriving in about 10 seconds. The toilets are fine, and having two bathrooms (upstairs and downstairs) is incredibly convenient for a family trip. We brought our own bath and hand towels, so we barely used the ones provided. There's central air conditioning downstairs and a wall-mounted unit upstairs. Lighting and curtains can be controlled via a smart speaker. The room also had plush toys and a slide for kids, which was my child's favorite. **Suggestion:** Add an air purifier to the room. Perhaps due to the down bedding, plush toys, or carpet, there were some loose fibers in the air. The hotel is on the 33rd floor (top floor), and it gets quite hot in summer, especially with the upstairs wall-mounted AC feeling a bit underpowered. Of course, the front desk staff would turn on the AC for us in advance. **Cleanliness: 4.9/5.** Generally very good. **Suggestion:** For multi-day stays, it would be nice to have some light cleaning and tidying of the room, especially the bathroom. **Environment: 5/5.** The top-floor view is expansive and looks fantastic through the glass windows. Right downstairs, after exiting the elevator, there's a convenience store and various snacks. Within a 3-5 minute walk, there are street food stalls and restaurants. It's not far from the high-speed rail station and subway station. **Service: 5/5. ⭐⭐⭐ This deserves a huge thumbs up!** Especially when traveling with family, genuine service provides much-needed peace of mind and is incredibly important! We contacted the hotel before arriving at Changsha South Station, and they arranged a pick-up service. It's best to contact them right after exiting the station, then wait a short while at the departure level. For breakfast, they send a menu via WeChat. You order and schedule the delivery time the night before, and it's delivered to your room at the specified time. This is a good option for those with simple requirements and a tight schedule, though the meals are relatively simple with less variety, mainly because there's no dedicated restaurant. For any other services, contacting the front desk was never an issue. I didn't use the 'Diao Zhuo Shi Guang' (雕琢时光) service, so no comment there. **Worry-Free Travel - High-Speed Rail Station Exclusive Pick-up Service:** Overall, this property should be categorized as an apartment-style B&B that opened not too long ago. The room decor is generally minimalist, but it also feels like they're trying to highlight unique features and differentiate themselves. I'd suggest focusing on 'less is more' with an emphasis on core functionality and quality control. The top floor's cooling and insulation are major issues; if the AC's cooling efficiency drops after a few years, it could be problematic. It's a shame they don't have their own lobby or restaurant, which limits their reception and breakfast services. I recommend establishing clear procedures and systems for all operations, as this is crucial for regular and long-term business."
