"The hygiene was top-notch. The cups were sparkling clean with no water spots, and the toilet was gleaming white, making me feel completely at ease. The facilities were very convenient; the faucets were easy to turn and had strong water pressure, and the hairdryer was powerful enough. The environment was also great; the hallways weren't dark, so I felt safe walking, and the lobby was spacious and bright, which immediately lifted my spirits. The service was warm and friendly; everyone greeted me like an old friend and handled things efficiently, making me feel very welcome."

The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the South Station. The room was clean and tidy, with complete and smart facilities, which my child absolutely loved. "The soundproofing at this hotel is absolutely excellent; it was so quiet at night I could only hear the wind outside the window. All the toiletries are from major brands, and I slept incredibly well. This is a dependable place to stay; the cleanliness is meticulous, the bathroom has a great wet/dry separation, hot water comes quickly, and all the facilities are new."

Beside Sujia Lane on Huangxing Road Pedestrian Street, a small red-brick building lies hidden. Before it stands an ancient statue that has gazed for a thousand years; inside, the memories of the Grain Bureau have settled for over half a century. Today, this rare Soviet-style red-brick building in Changsha is writing a brand‑new story for “Atour S.” A Dwelling Where Eras Meet Atour S Hotel, Changsha IFS Guojin Center Wuyi Square, is located at No. 36 Sujia Lane in the Baiguoyuan Historical and Cultural Block. Its predecessor was the office building of the Hunan Provincial Grain Bureau, first built in the 1950s. This three‑story red‑brick structure is a typical and rare example of Soviet‑style architecture in Changsha. It was listed as a Municipal Cultural Heritage Site in 2014 and selected as a “20th‑Century Chinese Architectural Heritage Site” in 2023. Nearby historical relics, such as the former printing site of Xiangjiang Review, give the area a rich cultural atmosphere. The Atour Group defines itself as “creating a sanctuary for body and mind.” Atour S is an upgraded line of Atour hotels – the “S” stands for “Special,” focusing on business travelers who seek quality living and offering premium experiences. The hotel fully preserves the building’s historic character and courtyard layout. Complete Amenities for the Ideal Business Stay The hotel offers various room types and facilities including a buffet breakfast (Xiang Zhao), a self‑service laundry (Chu Chen), a gym (Han Chu), the Zhu Ju reading space, and a small meeting room. The Atour S brand emphasizes the coexistence of art and practicality: public areas exude an artistic flair, while room design balances comfort with function, creating a gallery‑like visual experience and warm, home‑like service. “Zhu Ju” features a “flowing library” concept, offering a curated selection of books for guests to enjoy free of charge. “Chu Chen” laundry provides convenient clothing care for business travelers, continuing the Atour brand philosophy of being “humane, warm, and interesting.” Prime Location for Effortless Travel Located in the core commercial area of Changsha, the hotel offers outstanding convenience: 3‑minute walk to Huangxing Square Metro Station (Line 1) 5‑minute walk to IFS Guojin Center 5‑minute walk to Wuyi Square, Huangxing Road Pedestrian Street, and Pozijie Street Approx. 8‑minute drive to Orange Isle, Yuelu Mountain, and other Changsha landmarks Sujia Lane also preserves a statue of the great Song‑Dynasty writer Su Xun and the legend of “Laoquan Biejing” (a secluded path named after his literary name), creating a delightful contrast with the 1950s Soviet‑style red‑brick building. This quaint, tranquil yet downtown lane allows you to experience Changsha’s old‑city charm while plunging instantly into its modern bustle and convenience. Here, you will find the historical depth of a century‑old red‑brick building, the distinctive taste of Atour S, and the utmost central convenience of Changsha. Business travel and quality living – both are yours to enjoy.

"This hotel is great! I initially came out of curiosity to check out this hotel converted from a former grain bureau, but I was completely won over! Located in the city center, it's surprisingly quiet. Pushing open the heavy wrought-iron gate feels like entering another world. The receptionist, Xiao Qiao, was very welcoming and attentive. I booked an executive suite with a great view. The room facilities are very new, complete with a smart toilet and projector; you wouldn't guess it's a converted old building. What I liked most was the soundproofing; the silo-structured walls provide natural sound insulation, resulting in excellent sleep quality. The price is very reasonable for a boutique hotel in this category. It offers a unique industrial heritage experience with star-level service. I've already recommended it to several friends and will definitely stay here again next time!"

"I'll definitely stay here again next time! That's my immediate conclusion! 😍 We arrived at the hotel at 3 AM on the 12th, and the front desk immediately checked us in, only charging us for the 12th. We were given a duplex, which felt so much like home, unlike the unclean feeling you sometimes get in other apartments. It was very clean and comfortable, and they even thoughtfully provided an extra power card for us. On our first day out, the owner happened to be there and drove us directly to the subway station – we were so touched! On our last day, he also took us to the high-speed rail station. While incredibly grateful, I still felt a bit uneasy, like we were taking huge advantage of him! đŸ˜‚đŸ€Ł"

Quanji Hotel (Changsha IFS Xiangjiang Middle Road Subway Station Branch), featuring the Quanji 5.0 [Xiaoshanqing] product, creates a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere for guests with its hazy and blank visual impression, humanistic and interesting artworks, pleasant Zen tea fragrance, and natural music. The innovative tea space, with carefully selected high-quality tea from the source and paired with ancient handmade tea snacks, not only serves hotel guests, providing them with a more elegant and private space for business negotiations, but also offers a temporary office and leisure gathering place for more people in the surrounding area. The hotel is located at No. 78, Xiahe Street, Tianxin District, Changsha, just a one-minute walk to the Xiangjiang River, a two-minute walk to Taiping Old Street, a five-minute walk to the popular Pozi Street, and a six-minute walk to Changsha IFS and Huangxing Pedestrian Street. It is only one stop away from Juzizhoutou via Exit 1 of Xiangjiang Middle Road Station on Metro Line 2. The hotel offers various room types such as double rooms, twin rooms, family rooms, and suites, and is equipped with a gym, laundry room, breakfast hall, and tea space. The upgraded 5.0 version not only brings the landscape imagery of Su Shi's poetry into the hotel, but also creates a unique humanistic experience for every guest who steps into Quanji. In the open and poetic atmosphere of "but the distant mountains are long, the clouds are chaotic, and the Xiaoshanqing is green", guests can find a secluded accommodation experience surrounded by mountains, rivers, and nature.

"The most comfortable way to travel is to enjoy a cozy hotel room, without waiting in lines for food or battling crowds. Just order your favorite takeout and wait for it to arrive. This hotel is very new, and its location is excellent. Just across the road is Hisense Plaza, offering a rare sense of tranquility amidst the bustling city. Next time I'm in Changsha, I'll definitely choose this Ji Hotel again! đŸ„°"

"My stay at the Changsha Juzhou Nuoya Hotel truly exceeded my expectations! Perched on the 38th to 50th floors, the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was captivated by the striking giant 'orange tree' and the incredibly high ceilings. The fusion of Eastern aesthetics and modern luxury was absolutely exquisite. The most delightful surprise was undoubtedly the room's panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows, which practically covered an entire wall. Opening them revealed a breathtaking vista of the Xiang River, Orange Isle, and the distant Yuelu Mountain, truly offering a 'mountains, water, island, city' visual feast all in one frame. Especially at night, gazing at the glittering cityscape and the shimmering river outside the window was incredibly relaxing. Every detail showcased thoughtful care. Not only did the room feature comfortable beds that could be combined and high-quality toiletries, but it also had a pleasant surprise: snacks from Cha Yan Yue Se, making you feel a strong sense of local culture and hospitality. The hotel is conveniently located right above Bisha Lake Subway Station, making it incredibly easy to get to Wuyi Square, Orange Isle, and other central commercial areas and attractions. Whether it was the resort-like high-altitude infinity pool or the authentic Hunan rice noodles at the all-day dining restaurant, everything added to the enjoyment of my trip. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Changsha who is looking for a high-quality vacation experience. I will definitely be back!"

"This is the first time I have come to Changsha, and I saw our hotel through **, but I didn't use ** (the screenshot below is **) to buy it cheaply. I saw that there is also this hotel through Trip.com . There is a gap between the prices of the two platforms. I didn't hesitate to buy directly above the ** price. But I found a big problem. 1. I think the staff is not friendly to foreign tourists when choosing a room. When promoting, they say something that looks down on the beautiful scenery. The actual opposite is a residential building or a dark side. What welcome fruit and coffee mineral water is not at all. 3. When I booked the room, it said that the new user had a free upgrade for the first time, but I actually didn't mention it when I arrived at the store. Don't tell me that the room is full of this kind of words. I found that all room types were sold to the outside world at around 22:00 that day. 4. I clearly wrote quiet in the remarks. You arranged for me to have a staff lounge or a staff room opposite, and I heard everything in the morning. I don't know if you are blind or deliberately doing the service of outsiders. The overall feeling is very bad. You may say that you have a problem with the front desk, so you have made a note. Do you still need a second communication? Good service is not your sweet and gentle whisper, but it is satisfactory to the details raised by every customer. I can say that I should not come back next time. Such a service, more than 600 two nights, is not worth it."

"The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic – tucked away in a pedestrian street, which makes it super convenient yet incredibly quiet. It's also very close to the subway station, and you can easily walk to Wuyi Square. But the best part was truly the exceptional service; every detail was taken care of. It was a wonderful experience, and I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I'm in Changsha!"

"Does anyone else often arrive at Changsha South Station late at night like me? Taking a taxi can be a hassle; you have to wait a long time, and drivers often refuse short trips. So I thought about finding a hotel nearby. I stumbled upon this new hotel online and booked a room just to try it out. Turns out it’s about an 8-minute walk, which is super convenient! The common areas and lobby have a great design, very Instagrammable, with a youthful and trendy vibe. There’s a live music area with a nice, quiet atmosphere, perfect for chatting with friends. They also offer tea and fruit. The soundproofing in the room is excellent, and it's located near a residential area. The bedding is soft and comfortable, and they even provide facial towels, which is great for germaphobes! The breakfast has a wide variety, a mix of Chinese and Western buffet items like noodles, fried eggs, buns, and coffee. The gym and laundry room are also brand new and very clean. For just over 200 RMB, it’s incredibly good value for money! My wallet is very happy!!"
