"Stayed here for one night on 2/6 in a deluxe king room with lounge access. The lobby is located on the 10th floor and the check-in process was quick and easy. The hotel's lift is connected directly to B1 where the station and shops are. The room on the 25th floor was spacious, very clean and had 2 sinks which was very convenient for us. The room had a nice view of the surroundings and the TV tower. Toiletries provided were very good and they even provided Epsom salt for soaking in the bathtub. The bed was firm to our liking but the pillows were too soft and flat. The lounge, was sadly, inadequate and one of the saddest, smallest hotel lounges I've been to. They provided one type of red and white wine each, a self service coffee machine, soft drinks and some juices. There were a canape, fries that have been left out for too long and fruits. The next morning, we wanted to have coffee and the milk pump that was connected in the machine to a milk carton was not working properly and there was no staff to be found. Still a great stay overall and we will stay here again for future trips."

"Loved that the hotel allows guests with tattoo to use the onsen though this wasn’t made known explicitly with written signs. Hotel was located at the end of Tanukoji so it’s a distance from the main area although still walkable. Note that the bathroom doesn’t have a space to put your dry clothes and you will have to wear it outside unless you do not mind the bottom of your pants getting wet. Not very convenient for mix gender groups even though there’s a blind you can draw but still be visible from the mirror reflection. Room was located in the annex building which has alot of stairs so not that convenient for elderlies too. Overall, decent hotel but recommended only if you have no issues walking or are driving."

"I chose this hotel for my business trip and the room was very reassuring. As soon as I entered, I saw that the floor and desk were wiped very clean, with no dust or clutter. The bedding was also neat and odor-free. The room was well-equipped with air conditioning, a TV, a hairdryer, and kitchenware, all of which I tested and found to be working perfectly. The hot water came out quickly and at a stable temperature. I stayed for three days and felt very comfortable every time I returned, not needing to look for anything extra. Overall, I had a very satisfying experience. 🏠"

"I stayed here during my trip to Sapporo. The room was clean and comfortable. The dishes were also clean. The washing machine also came with laundry detergent, which was nice. There were two of us in one room, but the bed wasn't too cramped. However, the fact that it's a little far from the station is a bit of a downside, and I wouldn't recommend pulling a carrier from the station in the snow."
