The hotel breakfast was a delightful surprise—Japanese-style—with fresh sashimi, sweet shrimp, tempura, seafood rice bowls, and more, all served early in the morning. Refills were prompt, and the staff were quick and efficient in attending to each guest in an orderly manner. Additionally, there's an airport bus stop just 100 to 200 meters from the hotel, directly opposite Abest Hotel."

"The room was spacious, but the bed was hard, and I couldn't sleep well all night. Everything else was good, the location was excellent, and while the breakfast selection wasn't huge, it was delicious. They have a hot spring pool, but it's quite basic, with no outdoor onsen or warm sauna, and no free popsicles or ice cream. The service was genuinely great; both the front desk and restaurant staff were friendly, warm, and attentive. It's good value for money, and I highly recommend it if you don't mind a firm bed."

"Terrible service and frustrating check in experience with a misleading listing While the cleanliness and amenities of the property were excellent, the service and check in process were incredibly frustrating. To be fair, we missed the host’s initial message, which caused some early hiccups. However, the actual on the spot setup is completely unfriendly for self check in. The lobby area requires an access code just to enter. If another group of guests had not happened to walk out and let us in, we would have been stuck outside the building entirely. Once inside, the check in tablet machine was faulty and did not work, forcing us to message the host to manually get our entry password. The most disappointing part was the host's attitude regarding baggage storage. We specifically checked that the listing included baggage storage before booking this hotel. Yet, when we asked about it before checking out, the host simply told us no and told us to go use a chargeable baggage locker at the train station instead. When I pointed out that it was explicitly listed on their profile, they just claimed it was a mistake and offered no real solution. To make it worse, we literally saw other guests' luggage stored in the lobby, meaning the host just chose either not to help us or they do not care. The rooms are nice, but the total lack of basic hospitality and misleading information ruined the stay. Would not recommend if you value reliable service because there is no service to begin with."

"This is a very new hotel with convenient transportation. The stay was very comfortable, the bed was huge, and the room even had a small kitchen. The bathtub was also very big and comfortable. I'm very satisfied! There wasn't any noise, and the staff were friendly."

"My fist time experience the Hotel of IHG In Sapporo is wonderful. A new Hotel and it is just opened in mid of July . The hotel facilities are amazing, a full ENG/ CHINESE version to instruct how to use the shower facilities . A Water dispenser provided on each floor . The self service luggage storage also provided lock for each luggage. THe front staffs are friendly and sincere. The senior staff who position at restaurant , he is hard working and efficient . He is able to well manage the floor during the peak . Overall , an impressive stay ."

"I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly and nice, and they were even kind enough to offer me a late check-out at 1:00 PM, which I really appreciated. The room was spacious, the public bath was a great feature, and the self-service luggage storage was very convenient. the hotel is a bit of a walk from the metro, it is near a bus stop for the airport limousine. The breakfast variety was a bit more limited compared to other hotels I have visited. Overall, the hospitality made for a wonderful experience."

"Stayed here during the Snow Festival. It's a bit of a walk from Susukino, but acceptable. The common area on the second floor was spacious, with a ping-pong table and sofas. The washbasins were clean, and having an iron available was very helpful. One improvement would be the shower room; it's ventilated 24/7, making it cold even when showering. Overall, it was clean, and the staff were great. I'd like to stay here again."

"• It was very convenient to travel from CTS Airport. I took the Limousine Airport Bus and walked about 10 minutes from the bus station to the hotel. However, I recommend allowing extra time when returning by bus, as the buses can be quite full and the queue to board can be very long. • The bed was very wide, and there was space under the bed to store luggage. • The shower and rain shower had excellent water pressure! I loved it. • Housekeeping service is provided every 3 days. But if you prefer not to have them enter your room, they will hang fresh towels outside your door daily. • They offer a washing machine/dryer, water dispenser, ice dispenser, microwave, iron (available upon request at reception), free black coffee machine, currency exchange machine, and paid parking. These amenities were very comprehensive."

"This hotel boasts a fantastic location near Grand Gateway Park, right next to MOS Burger and across the street from a Lawson! However, the area isn't crowded with tourists, giving it a very quiet and peaceful feel. The accommodations are of excellent quality, making it perfect for a relaxing vacation! While check-in is self-service, I was initially worried about finding customer service, but it turned out to be quite simple, and the online customer service was very helpful 👍 The room was fully equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, and a washer and dryer! The biggest highlight was the bathroom, which had two sinks – perfect for a group! Furthermore, in addition to air conditioning, there was a temperature control unit, making it very cozy in winter! Overall, I think this aparthotel is fantastic and very new; I highly recommend it! ♥️"
