"This hotel is new and conveniently located near the sea. The self-check-in process was very smooth, and I used the luggage delivery service upon check-out, which made traveling with kids much easier. There's also a self-service luggage storage room available. It's very close to DisneySea, and you can even see the Tower of Terror. There are shuttle buses that take you to both Disney parks and Maihama Station (where you can catch the Disney Resort Line). Each floor has self-service amenities like toiletries, an ice machine, a water dispenser, and ironing facilities, plus baby toilet seats. There's a self-service laundry room, but it gets very crowded on weekend evenings, and the availability status on the in-room TV is often delayed and inaccurate. The ground floor common area has a reading nook, perfect for working, and building blocks for kids to play with. There's also a Lawson convenience store on the first floor with a good selection of items, which is very handy."

"Although the accommodation isn't near a train station, it's still convenient as there are buses available. If you return late, you'll have to walk. I enjoyed the feeling of strolling through Tokyo. The room wasn't too small, and the bathroom even had a bathtub. Basic amenities are available for self-service on the first floor. The check-in counter is on the first floor, which is a small space with nowhere to sit. There's also nothing nearby to browse. If you arrive too early, you'll just drop off your luggage and leave, with Asakusa being the closest place to explore."

"I initially expected self-check-in, but I was pleasantly surprised to find two staff members on duty both day and night, and they were incredibly helpful. I wonder if that's because there were many complaints 🤭. The location is quite convenient, though it's a bit hidden and right at a crossroads, making it easy to go in the wrong direction. There were quite a few foreign guests, so the front desk staff spoke English. The place was relatively clean, and the room I chose felt spacious. I'd consider staying here again. For breakfast, I planned to go to Hoshino Coffee, but it wasn't open yet. By chance, I stumbled upon an even better retro Japanese cafe right across the street. It opens at 9 AM and is definitely worth trying."

"The lady at the front desk was very friendly and spoke excellent English, making communication easy. She even offered us a complimentary upgrade to a larger room when one was available, which we really appreciated! Although there's a fire station across the street, we only heard the siren once during our two-night stay. It seems the fire department makes an effort to minimize noise and turns off their sirens on the way back. Downstairs, there are pharmacies, convenience stores, and kimono shops, which is incredibly convenient. Breakfast wasn't included, just a self-service drink bar, but it was easy and fine to grab breakfast out on the street. Overall, it was clean, but there was some dust on the window sills, in the wardrobe, and between the two beds that could be improved. Our child loved it and said they want to stay here again next time."

"I had a comfortable and safe stay all week! I'd definitely want to stay at this hotel again next time I'm in Tokyo for an extended period. It's also conveniently located near a subway station, making it easy to get to Ginza with just a short walk. It was a bit small for opening two large suitcases, but it was still great!"

"An excellent hotel! The bunk beds are spacious, and the wooden frames and ladders feel very secure. The common area in the middle is also practical. There are two washing machines on the floor I stayed on, which was more than enough. The location near Tsukiji Station is very convenient for accessing Tokyo's main tourist areas. There are also supermarkets and convenience stores nearby."

"This was my first time staying in Tokyo, and I was a bit nervous since I'd only ever seen Shinbashi on TV. But the staff were really kind and even took my luggage up to my room for me, which was great. The only downside was the shower pressure, which was surprisingly weak.
