"It was a really great place to stay. The room had two bedrooms, the beds were very comfortable, and it had all the amenities you could need. You could even cook your own meals. Both bedrooms had TVs with screen mirroring capabilities. The owners were also very kind; they didn't ask for compensation even when I accidentally broke something. It was also close to the subway station, and the price was incredibly reasonable. For less than 500 yuan a night, you got everything you needed. It was much more comfortable than staying in Akasaka. The owner was fantastic, and I highly recommend this place. It's the perfect choice for any trip to Tokyo, and the subway goes directly to Akihabara."

"The room was clean and there were no problems. It felt more like a weekly apartment than a hotel. Having a washing machine was a great help. This time I had a room on the third floor, but the stairwell was narrow. It was difficult to get through with luggage."

"Very clean and nice location which closed to Ginza, 24hrs family mark and underground station is just next door pretty convenient. Staffs are nice, friendly and helpful, will come to stay again!"

"My wife and I had an amazing 7D6N stay in Tokyo, including 2 short day trips to nearby cities. The apartment was extremely functional and equipped with all the necessary amenities, making our stay very comfortable and feel just like home. The property was in brand-new condition, it felt as though we were the first guests to stay there. The mattress and pillows were exceptionally comfortable, which made for a great night's sleep after long days of exploring. The location is situated between several train stations, with a walking distance of 12–15 mins. While it is not right next to any station, we found it manageable. Despite being located near the Yamanote Line railway tracks, we could barely hear any train noise thanks to the excellent soundproofing of the apartment. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely consider staying here again on our next visit to Tokyo."

"First time to travel in this area, the hotel is a bit far away from train station, the stay area is very quiet. Is about 15mins walk from the station, by the way over to hotel you can find two 24hrs supermarkets. And nearby hotel have lawson and familymart. The hotel very new and the staff really helpful and friendly, completely no problem when communicating with english. The hotel room very clean and tidy, room size is bit large than usual japan hotel room, you can open up the suitcase without any problem."

"Easy to get to from Asakusa Station. Just a 3-stop bus ride brings you right to the front of the accommodation. There's a Lawson convenience store across the street. It's also close to Tokyo Skytree, and you can enjoy the view along the Sumida River. Perfect for two people, with enough space to open two suitcases."

"The staff is so attentive and the location is great. You might even want to try the soba eatery next door😋 The view and open air atmosphere on the rooftop is a plus. Back to the room, I would say the design of lighting makes it so homie and cozy. The space in the room may not be that spacious but good enough for a 26 inch luggage to unpack. As soil in the name, the earthy color looks warm and welcoming. Feel relaxed immediately. Also, the bathtub makes relaxation a next level thing."

"Although it was only a one-night stay, it was such a lovely room that I would love to stay there for a longer period! First of all, when I checked in and entered the room, the air conditioner was already on, which was a great help! I was so impressed by their thoughtfulness! Also, there was a convenience store less than a minute's walk away, a shopping complex right in front, and the station was only about a four-minute walk away, so the location was fantastic! It was a very cost-effective stay and I was extremely satisfied! I would definitely stay there again if I have the chance!"

"Absolutely loved my stay here. The hotel was clean, quiet, and really well maintained. There are actually two buildings under the same hotel name, about five minutes apart, so make sure you’re booked into Hotel 11‑1 or 11‑2 for the best experience. One really convenient feature is the laundry setup — you can wash your clothes in the machine, and then use the shower room as a drying space. It takes around eight hours, but it works well and saves you the trouble of finding a laundromat. The place has pretty much everything you need, making the stay super comfortable. I’d definitely consider coming back next time! ."

"One of the best apartments I have stayed in, they had all the amenties included, towels, washer, detergent, soap, shampoo, rice cooker, pots, pans cutlery, plates, fridge, vacuum, iron, ironing board, extra trash bags, smart tv etc. They also had an abundance of clothes hangers for when we do a lot of laundry. Not only that, they laid out the sofa bed for us so it was essentially a double bed and a single bed, one of the only properties that we found that could accommodate 3 people.  Location wise, there is a Lawson and a FamilyMart literally right outside the apartment complex, making it super convenient to get snacks and fried chicken. Only downside is that most places around only open at 11am in the morning so breakfast options are limited. There was one we frequented, Sukesan Udon Ryogoku as it opens at 7am but we quickly got sick of that. TL:DR, a lot of great amenities and the convenience stores is really conveniently located. Downside is the limited breakfast options nearby and only two train lines (chuo sobu and oedo) are nearby"
