You’ll need taxi or car to go to Rakuten Stay if you bring suitcase, as Nikko don’t have a well pedestrian walk and it’s a bit hard if you pull your luggage by yourself.
The check-in process quiet confusing as there’s no reception and the easiest way is to call the Rakuten Stay straight away and ask room number and door passcode and you can do the check-in process inside your room.
The room is really nice and it’s huge, we even get our own onsen which is really nice. The price also not that expensive, compare to hotel room if you’re more than 2 people.
Overall really enjoy my stay despite the confusing check-in, but the help center really assist me patiently

1階の角部屋でしたが、心配していた音は、足音がたまに響く位で、気にならずに過ごすことができました。
あまり使ったことのない、コーヒーマシン、乾燥機付き洗濯機、寝室のプロジェクターはとても嬉しかったです。
布団の方は、薄めのマットレス（ダブルサイズ？）2組で、子どもが使用する分には問題なさそうでしたが、私と主人は腰痛が心配でベッドの方を使わせてもらいました。ベッドは快適でした。
お風呂のお湯は、栓を入れてスイッチ一つで貯めることができ、熱い分には水用の蛇口を使い、湯温を調節できました。
お風呂を出たあと、しばらくポカポカと身体が温かく、人工温泉とのことでしたが、普段との違いを実感できました。
それぞれ説明は少ないですが、随所にきちんと書いてあります。それでもわかりにくいことは、備え付けのタブレットで問い合わせ（テレビ通話）でき、困ることはありませんでした。気持ちよく対応して頂きました。
今回はコンビニ（セブン）の利用だけでしたが、ドラッグストアも徒歩圏内で朝から夜遅くまでやっていて、助かるなと思いました。他の場所も利用してみたいと思いました。

色々揃っていたし、半露天風呂も気持ちよかったし、赤ちゃんが居ると伝えていたらファミリールームにして貰えていてとても良かったです✩.*˚
ただ、予約番号や当日の部屋番号などがメールで送られて来なかったのが残念でした…
コールセンターの人が親切に教えてくれて部屋には入れました。
宿泊者の内容をタブレットで入力するのが大変てした。

場所とアメニティや部屋に半露天風呂があるのは良かったが、部屋にゴキブリがいたり清潔感が少し残念だった。
また、チェックインをタブレット行うがとても面倒くさい。

チェックイン時に部屋がわからず、フロント建物にある端末でチェックインしようとしたが、ネット環境が悪く確認番号検索がエラー、ビデオ通話でサポートお願いしたが、これもこちらの声が聞こえないので折り返しもらったが、それも駄目。
電話でのサポートでやっと入れました。
端末のネット環境悪いのなら改善した方が良いとおもいます。
部屋の端末でのチェックインは問題なくできました。
その他は部屋もキレイで満足です！

日光站10分鐘距離但路都比較難行
所以有大行李其實吾方便而且的士都可能吾接
如果要預約的士去番車站就可以搵當地的士公司預約
酒店係民宿咁既所以係無staff stand by
Check in都係用iPad去做
所以都要用番咁上下時間
我地5個人住既房都幾大
有2張大床都2張榻榻米😀
房有廚房同廚具
附近10分鐘有大超市可以買野番尼煮

房間是真還不錯 廚具硬件都很贊。就是check in真的不是很流暢，無人的情況下，指示應該再明確一些，或者提早互動客人提醒流程。我們是晚上八點多到達，在漆黑的公寓旁摸索了半天，就laptop打開都找了半天。還有check out的時間太早了10點之前就要求退房 有點苛刻了。

房間蠻大的，床都是大雙人床，桌椅沙發配置也挺好的，還有投影儀和電視，廚房配備也是齊全，有微波爐，電磁爐，炊具，可以自己做飯，整個房間是一個大通間，沒有隔斷，需要私隱的不合適。住一樓的可能要面臨二樓住客走路的噪音。旅店位於高速公路旁，一個小村子邊，離東武日光站走走差不多一刻鐘左右，路雖不長，但是路不是非常平整，周邊三分鐘有7-11和一家大一點的超市。沒有前台，入住需自助辦理，房間是密碼鎖，切記三點鐘前無法入住也不能寄存行李，行李可以寄存在車站。住了三天5100人民幣，視頻最後黑色房子即是酒店。

This was a great place to stay for our family of 4. The amenities were plentiful. Very clean. I would definitely stay here again and stay at other locations offered by Rakuten STAYs.
The only trouble we had was the parking. The parking information needs to be more detailed in the check in process before guests arrive.... someone had already parked in our spot number before we arrived. It was clear to us that we were supposed to only park in our assigned number, but I suppose others need it explained to them CLEARLY before they arrive to avoid issues for other guests.
Other than that, it was great!
