"As a frequent traveler, Ningbo Zangqi Hotel won my heart! The location is excellent, adjacent to the Zhenhai District Government and the camel industrial area, which greatly saves commute time. Even more surprising was its conference facilities: on the 5th floor there are multiple multi-functional meeting rooms of varying sizes and a large 402 square meter banquet hall, fully equipped and professional, and our large conference was held very smoothly. The hotel itself is a regional landmark, high enough grade, and the customer reception is very face. The rooms are comfortable and quiet and soundproofed. The lobby bar on the first floor is suitable for business talks, and there are many restaurants to meet different needs. It is only 10 minutes from the high-speed exit, and it is very efficient to go back and forth to Zhoushan or Ningbo. Highly recommended for business people!"

Peter took the initiative to upgrade our one-bedroom suite, which faces the night view of Yongxin River, and hand-painted the best shooting routes around. When we adjusted our schedule temporarily on rainy days, the Moon Lake View Cafe he recommended unexpectedly became the highlight of the trip. "The hotel is very clean and tidy, located between green trees and green bamboos, with a beautiful environment and fresh air. Recently, the work pressure was high, and I specially chose a working day to drive out to relax. Sitting on tatami in the tea room drinking tea, eating the fruit snacks delivered by the boss, listening to the insects and birds outside the window, the office has become a kind of enjoyment. Ningbo has a big temperature difference in the morning and evening recently. It is cold at night. The housekeeper lit a bonfire and sang with other neighbors. And here I can actually see the stars, but the mobile phone is too scum to shoot. Finally, the food here is quite delicious, and the hotel shower gel is actually Hermes! You must praise the boss's intentions. Will consider coming again next time, great value for money!"

"民宿在鄞江鎮，內部環境還挺好，老闆也很熱情，軟硬件都可以，能感受到老闆在用心經營，唯一不方便就是停車在馬路對面農行後面，假期車多很多，這邊馬路上車不怎麼讓人，帶娃過馬路不方便，而且停車場停車雖然能找到車位但也不是很方便，如果你是油車，一定注意別停充電樁附近那幾個車位，會有人放輪胎氣，不僅僅是充電樁正對應的車位，充電樁附近區域的那幾個車位也不行，我第一天晚上吃完飯沒停車位，就停在充電樁附近的一個停車位那裡，以為一個不是充電樁正對的停車位誰都可以停，結果第二天3個輪胎被放氣，第二天早上才看到充電樁上用黑色記號筆寫的不能停車否則被放氣，關鍵前一天晚上天黑也很難注意到手寫的這些字，最後找附近修車店花錢流動補點氣，避免碾壓輪胎，然後開車到修車店補氣。吃飯方面，鎮上大點的飯店好多都是小龍蝦，對於愛吃小龍蝦的可以，對於不愛吃小龍蝦或者想帶小點娃吃點清淡的就費勁，鎮上找了半天實在沒找到合適的，中午抱娃走路天熱餓的不行就湊合吃點沙縣小吃啥的，後面我們幾天晚上一直是開車幾公裡外在豐和鄞江藝術餐廳那裡吃，清淡江浙菜，口味還可以！"

"The B&B has convenient transportation, and the courtyard duplex movie and mahjong room is more comfortable for 4 people. XXidan123Two days in advance, I added the housekeeper's WeChat and booked the meal and hot spring time. It is more convenient to drive there. After locating their parking lot, a housekeeper will pick us up to check in at the B&B. The room is still clean as a whole, with everything it should have. The welcome fruits and flowers are still very warm. There is only a window on the top to watch the starry sky. The glass is a little dirty after a long time, but it doesn't affect it at night. After that, we walked around. The content of the B&B is still very complete, with a large room for dinner, facilities for children to play, hot springs and swimming pools, and places to read and drink tea. Walking out of the B&B, the village is peaceful and quiet. Walk around and feel the environment and culture of Maoao Village. I made an appointment for dinner and hot springs in the evening at the B&B. Because it is a reservation system, it is equivalent to a private soup, which feels good. Half an hour is completely enough. The dinner tastes good, and the chef gives a good review. The above.

GGuest UserNice resort for families with lots of activities for the little ones. Highlight was the service and all staff were friendly especially Mona who also spoke English well and shared her wechat and checked with us everyday to ensure our stay was pleasant. Bon fire and fireworks for Chinese new year were an added bonus. Mona also helped us book a BBQ tent which was a nice experience by the lake. The play area is large and could use a facelift as some areas seem dated. Buffet breakfast was nice with the usual fare and a nice touch to give the kids a small gift when they clean their plates. Although it’s winter, the temperature was quite warm and the room AC could only be used as a heater which made the room too warm so we turned off the AC and left the windows open. Car parking was mostly full during the holidays but we managed to get a slot to charge the electric car. Overall a pleasant stay.

GGuest UserThis hotel had some wonderful review which actually led me to book it for the first time . This was my third visit to the property. Based on my experience over the three visit which were rather lengthy this hotel’s target market is predominantly local market . If compared to their international franchise 4 star peers the hotel lacks in many areas. 1. They offer a good spread of buffet breakfast but the assortment is mostly focused on locals guests . The selection seldom changes. 2. The bakery products offered were not fresh . Found to be cold and stale 3. Fresh fruits were found to be mixed with stale ones , not sure if they used the ones from the previous days . 4. House keeping was not the best , often found coffee-tea cups not cleaned or replaced . 5. Requested for in room complimentary coffee instead of tea . They sell coffee pouches at lobby, but instead they ask me to go down and ask for coffee at the lobby. 6. The small gym does not have any sanitiser tissue to clean the equipment before use . 7. At the lobby they have a cafe which is also the office for the hotel management staff. In the evening the area is completely mosquito infested , difficult to sit even for 5 minutes . 8. The hotel turned off the Cookson’s system , inside room temperature went up to 29 degree C. After repeated request they did something but that also did not take the temperature below 24 Degrees. 9. The hotel needs serious consideration about training the lobby staffs . A simple way to explain is their face is curved in stone . No emotion! 10. They need to review their safety protocol, they sent my guest directly to the room without even asking . For many my comments may not matter for some it may . I have spent almost 10 days on my last visit so I can’t ignore those . The best part of the stay was Mary ( forgot to ask her position). I think she’s the manager . She is the ideal face of a hotel . She has been the most pleasant and supportive among all the staffs at the hotel.

SSUThe environment of the Park Hyatt Hotel is really beautiful. It is alone on the peninsula, and the building is magnificent. Although the room is a bit older, its flaws are not concealed. The service level is also always on line. In particular, Nancy helped me arrange a room with a view of the lake, took the initiative ➕ WeChat to understand the occupancy needs, and helped me book a New Year's Eve dinner at a Chinese restaurant after leaving the store. Thanks also to Joseph, the duty manager. The only regret is that some hotel facilities such as the swimming pool are not open. Hope to stay again next time.

EErnst NZThis is an interesting place as it’s old, contemporary style of an area past, dim lights everywhere, traditional wooden panels alongside huge heigh ceilings. It brings back a time of glamour, reminded me of the Titanic in its former glory. Yet the rooms are crammed, I hit my foot twice on the floor bed corner. The staff are friendly and helpful, english is spoken at reception. Would i stay here again? Probably not, as the darkness of the room, ( windows do open slightly) felt depressing.
