加盟店，很失望，唯一的優點是在天一廣場，房屋隨意改裝，隔音超級差，第一天半夜2點隔壁房間的人一直在打遊戲還是幹啥超級吵，太困了懶得找他們了，第二天好了一點點半夜一點多終於睡著了結果快3點有人剛入住進房間聲音一點都不知道收斂，半夜聲音很大不説關門像摔門一樣聲音很大又把我吵醒了，屋子味道大，廁所的味道還有很重的煙味廁所全透明，一晚快四百塊錢非常不值，之前想着五一房子緊張沒地方住可能漲價了，後面發現還是有很多房的，真不建議住這裏，給大家瘋狂避雷！！！

設施：破破爛爛吧，除了地理位置好，很久沒見過這麼簡陋的酒店了，第一天的房間廁所門關不上，投影儀壞的，房間沒有紙巾，湊活了一晚提出了換房。新房間讓我知道他即使廁所門能關上了也可以投影了，他就是基本不配備紙巾，如果衹是每天睡個覺也可以湊活一下吧，畢竟便宜…這個小童床上下也很不方便還容易絆倒

入住體驗一般，鬧市區裏，唯一的優點就是交通便利，周圍的天一廣場、城隍廟和教堂步行可到。早餐是肯德基外帶。

真的很垃圾，當我進入房間的那一刻我就直接走了，那種環境根本不能住，不僅房間小的離譜，馬桶也是壞的，還有小卡片，而且還特別吵，呆了半個多小時呆不下去了就直接走了

環境極差~根本就不是如家酒店的標準，這家酒店以前就是個小旅館，衹是加盟瞭如家而已，住宿環境極差，床墊也是塌陷的，本來定了3天，結果衹住了1天就換酒店了，實在忍受不了，雖説位置還不錯，但是住宿條件太差了

在樓裏地鐵很小
房間舊舊的煙味很重感覺不是很乾凈潮潮的
設施也是舊舊的 但是還能用
地理位置不錯出行較為便利
