床鋪及棉被上有貓毛，還有些微血漬，通知房東後，只送來床包，浴室也有點奇怪的味道，且在溝通上，房東還說免費升級坪數，已經是他虧錢，不然就退第二晚的房錢，意思是如果不高興就退租，讓人感覺不是很好！！

Host was very communicative and available before and during stay. COVID protocols limited local restaurant options during our stay, but there are several nearby. There is a Lawsons bodega, convenience store within 5 mins walk as a nice back-up plan. Otherwise, the room was cozy, convenient, and clean. We initially thought road noise might be an issue due to proximity to the roadway -- but had no issues with it. We checked in with no contact with staff. The room had a very nice bathroom with a great shower, and it also had a little kitchenette. We didn't use it, but it looked nice and functional. It also had two twin size beds and good climate control. I recommend.

道路沿いにある、３階建てコンドミニアムです。 家族4人で3泊しました。 広さは普通と言ったところです。 冷蔵庫、電子レンジ、調理器具等は全て揃っています。 BBQ施設があり、自由に使えます。 近くにスーパーがないので、買い出しは不便かもしれませんが、徒歩５分以内にローソンがあります。 ビーチも徒歩５分以内です。

関東在住です。2023年８月初め、台風で羽田発の飛行機が欠航したけれど、キャンセル料が100％かかると言われました。 日程変更は無料で対応してくれたので、仕方なく８月中旬に宿泊しました。 その際、家族が忘れ物をしたので、着払いで送ってほしいとお願いし、何度かやり取りしました。「ありました」「送ります」と連絡はあったけれど、いまだに届きません。 ・デザイナーコンドミニアム（3名利用）広さは十分。台所がおしゃれすぎて使いづらい。アリが多い。 ・デザイナーダブルルーム（２名利用）狭い。
