The hotel was very clean and staff was terrific. The room was spacious and well laid out. Very comfortable beds and the kitchens were an added plus to get coffee and breakfast on your own time. Location is very close to all shopping but far enough away to be very quiet. We will be back.

The air conditioning sound is a bit loud. The environment is very good, the breakfast is good, the cleaning is very clean, the front desk service brother is very kind. Overall it is a recommended hotel.

One of the best experiences with the most bang for your buck 5 star service for a fraction of the cost the front desk attendant was understanding and super helpful I would recommend this hotel for anybody looking for a quality hotel room and dependable service

The breakfast is very good, you can make PIE, oatmeal. The location is close to the outlets, you can buy and buy at any time, recommend it!

Well lit and clean hotel with well kept furniture and decoration. Room was spacious and clean. Good hot and strong shower. Fitness room was a bit packed but clean and equipment in good condition. Breakfast was ok.

My family traveled a long way to attend our Grandmothers funeral some two months since she passed. It was a difficult trip to make on a good day, let alone dealing with all of the state to state restrictions. Theresa got us all checked in. Made sure we got some food and called to check on us periodically as we are not familiar with the area. She recommended places to eat and places not to eat. We made several modifications to our reservations through out the week and all of them were accommodated above and beyond. The hotel was clean, smelled good and all of the staff were smiling. You can always tell when someone is smiling when they are wearing a mask. It's hard to hide. You can tell that the hotel was short staffed, but everyone is. All of the front desk people and house keepers greeted us every morning and evening as we came and went. I thank them all.

Our family stayed at Residence Inn Pontiac for 13 days in May 2022 while our daughter was attending the Euro-Therapies clinic across the street. This was our fourth stay at the hotel and it was terrific. The staff is, without exception, extremely kind and helpful. The customer service is impeccable. Sondra was especially instrumental in making our stay so fantastic. The facilities are clean and the rooms are very comfortable. The kids had a fantastic time. I cannot thank the staff enough for how our family was treated. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

I have not stayed at a Marriott hotal for some time. This year found me at the Auburn Hills one quite a few times earier this yeat, and the experience was wonderful. All the staff were friendly, professional and attentive. I want to point out certain people. Evette, Asstant General Manager, is wonderful and handled my room upgrade. Derrick, front desk, is attentive and I enjoyed several conversations with him. Tim, restauant, brought me my decaf coffee more than once when first arriving in the restaurant for breakfast. Amanda, restaurant, was very attentive during dinner in the restaurant. I will be there again in July and look forward to seeing everyone and having a relaxing enjoyable time. Sharon S-G

Very clean, comfortable hotel in a great location (Great Lakes Crossing outlet mall) right off I75. Nice hot breakfast (fresh waffles!). Friendly helpful staff. Clean room & lobby & halls. Comfortable bed and bedding. Had our two standard poodles with us - easy to stay with them in this hotel.
