The room is slightly smaller for three people with six luggage. Also, there are stuff who don’t understand English. However, it is overall a pleasant stay!

Great location and comfy room for one person. Everything that I needed for 3 days stay in Osaka. The only thing I found a bit odd was that room had only 2 eletrical outlets so I had to charge my phone close to myself and my watch in the bathroom. Because I needed my power bank and laptop as well I had them to charge later on when I would leave hotel. Breakfast was nice , here are some pictures so you can check it.

Stayed there for 3 nights when we are in Osaka. It is easy access from the Osaka Metro red line station M18 (exit 2). There are lifts to reach the Metro platform and the ground so it's convinient for you if you travel with luggages. Obviously it locates in the business area but there are a few family mart/7-11 stores around the hotel along with some small restaurant/noodle house. Not so crowded in the area. If you book without free breadfast, I suggest to go to the coffee house-Detour in the ground level of the building (it is not belong to the hotel). It's resonably priced. Will consider this hotel if we are back to Osaka in the future.

Smallish room as expected of Japanese hotels, but the fantastic location right above the train station made up for it. Best location to travel to Usj, dotonbori and osaka aquarium. Didn’t opt for hotel breakfast as there are many combinis to buy food from.

The location is great even though hotel looks abit old. The hair dryer is best so far of all hotels.

Hey! Hotel Monterey Group is a place that we love to stay here in Japan. The amenities, the staff and the place itself are awesome. We stayed on Feb 2-4, 2024 and now back again staying for another 2 nights Feb 8-10 before heading back to our country. Highly recommended. The hotel is near to your go to restos.

Stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. Room was quite small, 2 luggage bags need to put onto floor. Bathroom and toilet is a bit aged but clean. Shower on top of bath tub. A standard hotel for tourists who want to explore the most happening streets in Osaka, so near to Shinsaibashi and Dontonbori shopping streets. Not far from Namba City which is really a city of shopping. Again, chose this hotel because of location.

We (a family of three with a 3-year-old boy) stayed with Nikko Osaka Hotel for five nights. It was a pleasant stay and the hotel service was great. We forgot to bring our baby stroller, and the hotel had kindly lent us a stroller for use throughout our stay, which has definitely made our tour much easier! However, the double bed is a bit small if you plan to sleep with your child. Location of the hotel is excellent as it is located right above the Shinsaibashi Station which connects to various tourist spots conveniently, and just about 10-15-min walk to Dontobori. There is also a Lawson convenient store just around the corner. After all, it was a great stay!

Most recommendable hotel in Osaka for foreign tourists! So worth the money! Accessible (I mean literally just few walks away) from everything. Subway, Limousine bus to Airport, sightseeing places, food store/restaurants(name it), shopping mall, Donquixote, Daiso, GU, and many other most visited stores.
